    來瑪黑區就是要吃冰!

行前看到Youtuber推薦巴黎的冰淇淋潮店「Une Glace à Paris(巴黎一支冰)」,來到瑪黑區後一定要來跟風排一下。

雖然排隊的人比口袋餅少很多,但也是等了一陣子。

本來是想選奶油千層派,但不知法語怎麼說,於是選了「奶油開心果」跟「覆盆子」。 法國冰吃起來跟美國冰不太一樣,奶味不濃,吃起來沒有膩感;覆盆子吃起來則是像固態的雪泥,相當爽口酸甜,非常適合在吃完奶油後來上一口。

雖來在瑪黑區邊走路邊吃冰相當舒服,但這家店兩球冰淇淋就要價6歐元💶,相當驚人。為了口袋及之後幾天的溫飽,還是省點花吧。

    Cheesecake intenso a chocolate 
Sin horno, para servir bien frío

Ingredientes:
Para la base:
Galletitas de vainilla (tipo Lincoln)  150 gr.
Manteca (mantequilla)  50 gr.
Azúcar  1 cda.
Cacao amargo  2 cdas.
Para el relleno:
Chocolate semiamargo  400 gr.
Queso crema  300 gr. (usamos Casancrem)
Azúcar  45 gr.
Café líquido  2 cdas.
Crema de leche  350 gr.

Preparación:
Picar las galletitas, no hace falta que queden como polvo. Añadir las dos cucharadas de cacao en polvo, derretir la manteca y la agregar a las galletitas, mezclar con un tenedor y extender sobre la base del molde (desmontable de 20 cm.) ayudados con el dorso de una cuchara para que quede más lisito. Dejar enfriar en la heladera y mientras preparar el relleno.
Trocear y fundir el chocolate en el microondas a intervalos de 30 segundos o a baño María. Batir el queso, el azúcar y el café hasta obtener una mezcla cremosa, añadir el chocolate derretido (tibio) con la ayuda de una espátula.
Batir la crema y una vez lista,incorporarla a la mezcla anterior. Volcar dentro del molde sobre la base de galletitas y aplanar con la ayuda de una espátula, decora con lluvia y chocolate al gusto. Tapar con film y llevar a heladera entre 4 a 6 horas, mejor si es toda la noche. Sacar del frío a la hora de servir

    Lemon yoghurt cake with cashew buttercream via @panaceas_pantry

Ingredients
💕
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp good-quality salt
Zest of 2 lemons
Zest of 1 lime
50g vegan butter, melted
1/2 cup + 1Tbsp rice malt syrup
1 cup runny coconut or vegan yoghurt (if your yoghurt is thick, thin down with plant milk)
1/4 cup lemon juice (make sure you’re using delicious lemons- bitter lemon = bitter cake)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Method

1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C and grease an 8inch round cake tine, and line the base with baking paper
2. In a large mixing bowl, sift in flower, baking powder and baking soda and then add in salt and zests. Mix until uniform.
2. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients until uniform, then pour onto of the dry mixture.
3. Mix until just combined then pour into prepared cake tin.
4. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the cake starts to pull away from the sides and bounces back when gently pressed.
5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool completely.

I frosted mine with a cashew butter cream.
