    MEAL PREP!⁣
    Let’s talk about meals and about preparing them. ⁣
    I rarely share post about meals I eat everyday to support my fitness goals. Because honestly, I eat almost everything (in moderation of course), and never really give a shit about preparing them. Hence, preparing them for a one full effing week!!! I’m telling you, THAT was hard!!!! ⁣

    I’m an impulsive person. So when my moods basically tell me to do something right away, I will tend to do it without hesitation (impulsive people, can I get an amen?!) 🙌🏻 ⁣

    So I’d like to give myself a try a challenge to prep my meals, keeping my meal time on time, disciplined, and savvy - to be frank. 🤘🏾😬🙌🏻 ⁣

    About nutrition? I’m not the capable one who should talk about it, but we can educate ourselves by reading lots of reliable sources, as well as to tailor them to suit our kind of diet. Mine is always about more veggies, less fast-carbs, more proteins, and fibres. 🥦🥔🥚🍳🍓 ⁣

    So I spent Sunday night prepped this boxes that will be consumed within 5 days from Monday through Friday. And on the weekend? We cheat. Hahaha No. not really. Treat yo’ self the way you want to celebrate life. ⁣

    Here we go (by numbers):⁣
    1. Espresso (to start my engine & pre-workout)⁣
    2. Protein shakes (post-workout drink)⁣
    3. Vanilla & strawberry chia pudding with almond milk, honey, and cinnamon powder (breakfast post-workout)⁣
    4. Banana & a handful of pistachios (snacks at 11)⁣
    5. Rainbow salad with balsamic vinegar (lunch on-the-go)⁣
    6. Belvita biscuits (afternoon snack)⁣
    7. Couscous & steamed pulled chicken breast with veggies (dinner)⁣

    And don’t forget to drink lots of water during the whole day. Rehydrate, mate! ⁣

    OK so since I’m a newbie in meal-prep business, there are certainly rooms for improvement. I browsed on Instagram and Pinterest as my cheat-sheet. ⁣

    500 pound stiff bar DEADLIFT PR at 155 pounds body weight!!⚔️☠️🔪

    This was a big benchmark lift for me to finally hit 500 pounds! I would like to thank @noegriim for pushing me hard in the gym everyday and my friends for supporting me. I try to test my 1 rep max once a month and rarely fail due to the DUP program I’m using.
    Deadlifting twice a week isn’t easy, but worth it😈
    Hard work pays off!
