    Low Carb - Broccoli Fritters || Esta receta es una cosa locaa 🤤 -
Mezclan en un bowl: 1 brócoli mediano crudo en pedacitos (lo pueden licuar o cortar a mano, lo importante es que no les queden tan pequeños los pedacitos), 1 huevo, 1 clara, 1/4 taza de queso parmesano, 1/4 taza de harina de coco, sal, pimienta y ajo en polvo al gusto.
Arman las torticas y en un sartén previamente engrasado con aceite de coco las ponen, las dejan hasta que doren por ambos lados y listo.

Perfectas para comérselas con huevo al desayuno, al almuerzo, cena, de snack, en reuniones, mejor dicho de combate pa todoo! 🔥

Vocês sempre me perguntam se podem seguir a cetogenica, e a resposta é sim. Aqui vai uma receita para vocês 😍.

🍆Lasanha de berinjela com molho branco de chuchu (não vira a cara pq fica SURREAL)!

MOLHO VERMELHO: Refogue alho e cebola, coloque alecrim picadinho,  junte 1/2 quilo de carne de soja, tempere com sal, pimenta e pápricas (doce e picante), refogue. Acrescente 1 garrafa de passata de tomate (ou duas latas de tomate pelado com suco e tudo), um pouco de água. Deixe cozinhar em fogo baixo até ficar bem denso. Reserve.

MOLHO BRANCO DE CHUCHU: Refogue alho e cebola, junte chuchu picado em cubos, deixe cozinhar até quase secar a água (o chuchu deve estar bem macio), processe, adicione um pouco de creme de leite fresco ou leite de coco, sal e noz moscada moída na hora.

Corte a berinjela pelo comprimento em fatias finas, unte uma frigideira antiaderente, toste os dois lados de cada fatia e reserve. Pode também untar um prato e espalhar as fatias (sem sobrepor) levando ao microondas por 1 min de cada lado em potência máxima. Isso pré cozinha a berinjela e reduz a quantidade de líquido dela, evitando que solte essa água no forno e torne a lasanha aguada. Corte as fatias de berinjela pela metade para montar a lasanha como “pré cortada”, assim ela não se desmonta inteira na hora de servir!

    🍴1 MINUTE LAVA MUG CAKE🍴

• ½ overripe banana
• 2 tbsp egg white
• 2 tbsp chocolate PB2
• 2 dashes cinnamon
• 1 tbsp Tribe dark chocolate hummus

• Mash the banana and put it in the mug • Add the egg white, Chocolate PB2, and cinnamon to the mug and mix all ingredients together
• Put in the microwave for 30 seconds on high
• Add a spoonful of the dark chocolate hummus to the inside of the mixture • Put back in the microwave for another 20 seconds on high
• Enjoy with Enlightened vanilla ice cream (optional)

    TUMIS DAGING KERBAU DAN KACANG PANJANG
resep buat autisi

ini... adalah salah satu menu favorit jordan,, klo dah menu ini makannya super lahap. Yg biasanya makan suka kabur2an.. Bisa duduk manis dan mau suap sndiri ampe mulut kepenuhan sangking lahapnya. Aku share resepnya buat mama2 yaaa.. Bahan:
- Daging kerbau yg sudah direbus dgn garam (sudah empuk) diiris kecil atau di suir
- kacang panjang dipotong kecil
- bumbu (kebetulan dr menu rotasi jordan, bumbu nya bawang bombay.. Ini optional ya boleh bwg putih, daun bawang, dll)
- minyak (jordan minyaknya di jadwal rotasi minyak biji bunga matahari)
- garam himalaya

Cara membuat:
- masukkan minyak ke wajan kaca, setelah panas tumis bawang bombai yg diiris dadu
- setelah bawang bombay harum,, masukkan daging kerbau. Tggu smpe harum.
- lalu masukkan kacang pnjang dan tambahkan air sedikit
- beri garam himalaya

Silahkan di coba ya mams.. Adeknya jordan yg ga autisi jg suka bgt. Sehat buat anak2. Buat kita juga. Oia daging kerbau bs dignti sapi, kmbing, ayam kmpunh, bebek, puyuh. I had extra cooked spaghetti squash in the fridge last night and was also craving a healthy “dessert” and I also love pancakes. And pancakes have now been created out of practically everything nowadays so I googled “spaghetti squash pancakes” and found this recipe!⁣⁣⁣⁣

It’s seriously good - not exactly like buttermilk pancakes or anything but they are satisfying and surprisingly sweet!⁣⁣⁣⁣

🥞 1/2 cup cooked and cooled spaghetti squash ⁣⁣⁣⁣

Mix together with a fork in a bowl until frothy. Pour onto a pre-heated griddle (makes two this size). Top with a little pure maple syrup and even some berries. ⁣⁣

Add bell peppers and onion; cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 4 minutes or until soft.
Add eggs; cook, over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 2 to 3 minutes, or until eggs are set.
Top tortilla with egg mixture, turkey bacon, and pepper (if desired).
Roll tortilla burrito-style.
Serve with salsa.

    Swordfish. Sounds intimidating but is actually one of the most underrated and tasty ways to eat fish. It is also inexpensive to get but it is perfect to impress that special someone. (Not for pregnant ladies) I would describe the taste as tuna and the texture as a steak. Very hearty, and rich in natural flavor. And of course very easy to make:

Balsamic glazed Swordfish Steak:
Ingredients:
Swordfish
Balsamic vinegar 
Herbs (i used dill and green onions)
Garlic 
Soy sauce 
Lemon 
Olive oil
Dry white wine ( I used Chardonnay)
Recipe:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 
2. Season fish with salt, pepper, wine, olive oil, and lemon. Let fish marinate for 30 mins
3. Bake fish along with garlic clothes, herbs for 15 mins 
4. Make a mixture of balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and olive oil.
5. After 15 mins, take out the fish and brush a coating of the sauce and broil for another 5 minutes
6. Garnish with herbs and an optional basalmic reduction sauce drizzle and enjoy!

This is my original recipe so please let me know how it is or how I can improve it. (video tutorial coming maybe 👀)

    I knew a flavor had been missing when I made lettuce wraps in the past but I couldn’t put my finger on it. I added some PB2 powder and it made it sort of Thai inspired, which I absolutely love. Make sure to swap out your soy sauce with liquid aminos for zero calories and lower sodium. Next time I’ll be adding some green onion or more veggies. These hit the spot, give them a try.. I’ll be having the leftovers for lunch tomorrow!! 🦃 😁🥬 #groundturkeyrecipes #lettucewraps #healthyrecipes #homemade

    Cherry chocolate brownies!

Brownies featuring black beans. These are very easy to make, and don't require a lot of time. 
Ingredients 
1 can of drained and rinsed black beans 
1 full cup of pitted fresh cherries 
1 cup of amaranth flour
1/4 cup of cocoa powder 
1/2 cup dark chocolate pieces 
1/4 cup Stevia sweetener 
1 tsp baking powder 
Using a food processor combine beans, cherries, and chocolate until smooth. Then add flour, cocoa powder, Stevia, and baking soda. Blend all ingredients together. Pour into a brownie pan.  Optional*decorate the top with cherries and chocolate.

Using a brownie pan bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.

    Cherry chocolate brownies!

    Brownies featuring black beans. These are very easy to make, and don't require a lot of time.
    Ingredients
    1 can of drained and rinsed black beans
    1 full cup of pitted fresh cherries
    1 cup of amaranth flour
    1/4 cup of cocoa powder
    1/2 cup dark chocolate pieces
    1/4 cup Stevia sweetener
    1 tsp baking powder
    Using a food processor combine beans, cherries, and chocolate until smooth. Then add flour, cocoa powder, Stevia, and baking soda. Blend all ingredients together. Pour into a brownie pan. Optional*decorate the top with cherries and chocolate.

Healthier🌰🍫Nutella Recipe:
* 1.5 cup blanched hazelnuts
* 1/2 bar dark choc (50 gr)
* 2-4 tbs coconut oil *optional depends on the force of your machine
* 1/4 cup liquid sweetener (I used maple)
* 1/8 tsp salt
* 1 tsp bourbon vanilla *optional
1. Roast hazelnuts with 1 tbs oil or plain and salt in a pan for 5 min on low, stirring on the occasion.
2. Melt chocolate using double-boiler method.
3. Add hazelnuts to a high force food processor/blender and blend. Stop every once in a while to scrape the edges. Continu until very fine. Add remaining ingredients as well as choco.
4. Blend until smooth and runny.

Side note: I’ve always been more of a sweettooth. Giving up refined-sugar hasn’t been difficult at all however since it’s so easy to replace and I just love ‘real’ food. Ok guys, go ahead and get that copy of my e-book now. I’m calling it a day!

    This morning was weigh in time. I did not weigh at all during vacation & Although we stayed on track most of the time; we did enjoy ourselves and indulged. I’m happy to say I only gained 1,5 kg in two weeks. I expected ATLEAST 3 kg. Now I’m getting back in routine and working hard towards my next goal of losing 25 kg! Dinner was noodles with veggies en some beef 🍲

1 tbsp chocolate protein

    ☁️✨acai bowls before sunrise, eaten whilst in my fluffy warm dressing gown. It’s starting to get colder (here in Aus that is) 🐨🌻but don’t let that stop you from enjoying a smoothie bowl or two, and don’t let it stop you from getting outside in the winter sunshine. 🌞The winter sunshine is the nicest kind of sunshine. So put on some fluffy socks, make yourself a smoothie bowl & go sit outside in the sunshine to eat it. 🍃It’s so nice. Trust me.

Major vibes with this yogurt bowl this morning 🙏🏻 Woke up craving something a little sweet today, so went with my go-to loaded yogurt bowl 🤪 It's been an incredibly hectic and chaotic last couple of weeks with moving in, unpacking, getting my life together, but I finally feel like I'm slowly getting situated and can be more present on here 🙌🏻 Looking forward to giving you all an apartment tour (!!!!) and checking back in with you guys! Having a few friends over tonight for sushi and wine....Loving this New York life :’) .
