This is something I'd of avoided before joining @ww.uk , no bright colours, no skin visible or vibrant hair ..No, the unconfident Tracy would of hidden herself away from the camera, choosing black & indistinguishable clothing 📸 in fact..I wouldn't of even contemplated travelling alone to a festival to meet up with friends, the very thought of it would send me into meltdown
Silly isn't it that I would be willing to miss out on life because of how my mind made me feel
Because it's not about the size of me, or the shape its about how I feel about myself 
If I am happy with myself then I am more confident & that shows in my behaviour

Truly doing something each day to make me Smile helps me keep my mind & body healthy

Sunday I travelled alone to London to attend @bsthydepark with friends - from nr an far... featuring the fantabooolush @robbiewilliams , a fellow ww ambassador 
I spent my time walking around choosing what I wanted to eat, drink and most importantly having fun throughout the day 
Listening to the bands, going on the swing ride & dancing without a care in the world 🥰
I made sure I stayed hydrated with the many refill points for water ..& my step count for the day knocking on 30k ..those #FitPoints soon racked up 📈
Never feel like you've got to miss out on lifes fun filled days because you are wanting to change your health..because it's still an achievable goal whilst enjoying your life
Remember ...
Deprived = Depressed 
That's the word of advice from Mr W himself ..
Thankfully with ww you never have to feel that way 💙💙

    YO SOY ... | ¿Quién soy yo? 
Esta es una pregunta que durante mucho tiempo me formulé y que no tenia respuesta a ella.

Cuando decidí empezar a amarme, valorarme y respetarme me di cuenta que era muy dificil amarme y cuidarme sin conocerme. 
Allí empece un camino  de 
A U T O C O N O C I M I E N T O  que me permitió construir mi YO de nuevo. 
Empecé a crearme, a definirme, a poner nombre a mis emociones, aprendizajes, virtudes, cualidades, éxitos, retos,... y me di cuenta que no tenia nada de vocabulario y que me había construido des del otro, no des de mi. ¿Quieres construir tu YO y ser la persona que tu deseas? 
Empieza a escribir quién crees que eres 🔛 para así crear la persona que deseas ser. 
Pronto tendras todas las herramientas para definirte. 
Te acompaño a reescribir tu historia y empezar a SER TU MISM@. Empezar a creer en ti, valorarte, amarte y respetarte. 
Eres lo ➕importante, recuerdalo cada día.

    I’ve been using my amazing @dearsurvivor earring as diffuser earrings.  I place a drop of essential oil on the back of the earnings and catch a whiff of my favorite oil through the day!  @dearsurvivor Uses leather scraps that would be thrown away and creates beauty and then gives some of the profits to sex trafficking survivors!  Amazing❤️ So I’m giving away a pair!  Tag a friend and be enter to win!  Every friend is an entry!  Xoxo

    The last 5 months have been exceptionally difficult having to battle unexpected illness amongst other obstacles, that resulted in me not being able to following my fitness routine and eating as healthy as I would have liked too. But the last 3 weeks have been amazing because I feel like myself again and I am back in the game 💪🏽 A healthier lifestyle is something you need to work at daily. The struggles of life makes it difficult and there are going to be ups and downs but as long as you stay focused on your ultimate goal and get back on track as soon as you are able to, dont allow anything or anyone to hold you back. I am finally starting to enjoy being 39 years old #Sousies for being unhealthy😄 #blessed #keepmoving #keepshining #keepfit #healthybody #healthymind #healing #doyou #getfit #fitness #southafrican #sousiesbymilijo #loveyourbody #loveyourcurves #lovemycalves #focused #goals

A Rockin Body Reset if you will, because let’s just say I’ve celebrated summer HARD. 😎 So cheers to a shift both physically and emotionally, and this time I’m showing up for myself! I hear abs are made in the kitchen so I’m starting here with a cleanse day. Then 2 shakes a day, a balanced meal and of course a BALANCED life moving forward. 💁🏻‍♀️We call that nutritional rebalancing! That doesn’t mean no wine or extra fun meals, that would be a life I can’t enjoy. But I’m recommitting to myself and I know all my besties near and far will be cheering me on.👏🏼

    Choc-Chip Cookie Dough Power Balls ✨⁣
Clean snack packed with healthy fats that also happens to taste exactly like cookie dough?? ⁣
SIGN YOUR GIRL UP.⁣
I used my favourite @zazubean vegan chocolate to keep them completely dairy free, and believe me when I say, don’t sleep on these, friends!⁣
⁣
🌱 1 1/2 C almond flour⁣
🌱 1/4 tsp fine pink Himalayan salt⁣
🌱 2 tbsp peanut butter (almond or cashew would also be delicious!⁣
🌱 3 tbsp melted coconut oil (I recommend using refined so that they don’t have a coconut flavour⁣
🌱 3 tbsp maple syrup⁣
🌱 1/2 teaspoon vanilla⁣
🌱 1/4 cup chocolate chunks (I just diced up a bar of vegan dark)⁣
⁣
Combine flour & salt. Add the oil, syrup, nut butter and vanilla and mix with a rubber spatula until dough is thick, then stir in chocolate chunks. Roll into ‘2-bite’ sized balls and freeze on parchment paper until firm.⁣
You can enjoy them like this or top them with a chocolate drizzle by melting a bit of chocolate with refined coconut oil or ghee & drizzling it over top. Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks (but they won’t last that long, trust me!)

    People have been asking why I’m wearing a wedding ring when I’m not married yet. It’s not a wedding ring from Luke (that’s coming😉), it’s one I bought for myself💛

When I finished grad school at 25 yrs old I decided to buy myself a ring. I had just gone through a break-up of a 10 year relationship, and it symbolized my renewed commitment to myself - after losing sight of ME along the way. I used all my money from graduation and found a diamond ring on clearance😌Every time I looked at it I felt so grounded + strong
.
That ring was stolen a few years back, and recently I felt called to purchase one again. I missed wearing a symbol of my commitment to Me. This ring represents my pledge to take care of myself, in sickness and in health. To never betray myself + to honor and love myself in the good times and bad. To communicate openly + set healthy boundaries, so that I can love others the way they deserve to be, not from a place of “not-enoughness” but from a place of fullness

Being chosen by someone else is wonderful, but it doesn’t save us - being chosen by ourselves does. If you want something sparkly and a symbol of commitment, maybe try giving yourself that first💗it’s been a really beautiful practice for me💛
