    Creamy chocolate vegan fudge 🤩🤩🤩 RECIPE below 👇👇 These slabs of chocolate fudge are dense and thick and full of plant-based goodness 😍 There are only six ingredients (excluding the salt) and have four, simple steps to make this magic happen 🙌 Add these on top of warm oatmeal and allow them to melt and ooze for a standout breakfast 🙉 Sandwich them between two medjool dates for a mind-blowing snack 🙊 Have them simply as is with a coffee or tea for a delectable and ceremonial dessert 🙈 They are a conversation starter, perfect to take to birthdays or a picnic and make any situation better 👌👌👌 Basically, what I am trying to say is that these chunks of cacao are the shiz and suit every moment of every day 🤘 -

INGREDIENTS
1 cup gooey dates
1 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup cacao powder 
1/2 cup water 
1-2 Tbsp maple syrup 
1 tsp vanilla powder 
A pinch of salt 🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️ METHOD
1️⃣ Soften the dates by soaking them in warm water for about five minutes.

2️⃣ Add all the ingredients to your food processor and process until completely smooth. It may take about 15 minutes but be patient. Scrap down the sides to ensure everything is blended nothing is left behind.

3️⃣ Pour the mixture into a shallow dish, lined with baking paper, and set it in the freezer for about 4 hours, or overnight. 
4️⃣ Cut into squares and then place it in the fridge, covered. Ta-da! 👑👑

We don’t seem to notice all of the money & time we spend on fixing things we hate about ourselves. We give into the ads that promise us immediate results, a smaller size, & finally true happiness. Finally a solution to our pain & only $19.99? Sign me up! These companies have to care because they are huge corporations, right?

Wrong. We spend so much $$ trying to look like that one body type deemed beautiful in society. In a world of targeted ads & algorithms, we get faced with fake promises from companies selling to us that we need to buy their skinny tea “to get bikini-body ready”.
.
Not all health companies or programs are awful & support diet culture.  It’s 100% ok to want to lead a healthier lifestyle for YOU & look for guidance on how to do so. However, it’s important to be aware of ones that rely on your insecurities to gain your money.
.
Maybe it’s time we started making decisions about our health out of love, not hate? By loving who we are & realizing we are more than our bodies, we take away the power of ads to make us feel otherwise. 💗

    🥕🥕 Roasted cauliflower and carrot hummus recipe.

The ultimate hosting platter!

1/2 cauliflower head, cut into bite size pieces
5 medium carrots - peeled and cut into small pieces (this helps them cook faster)
1/2 tsp salt
1.5 tsp ground turmeric
2 cloves of garlic crushed
3 tbsp olive oil
Lemon
2 tbsp tahini 
Put the cauliflower, carrot, salt, turmeric, garlic and olive oil in a large bowl or dish. Mix around until all the veggies are coated.

Transfer to a baking tray and roast at 200deg for 30mins.

Allow to cool completely. 
Transfer to a food processor and add in the tahini and juice from the lemon. Blend until smooth. Add in some water if it struggles to go around.

I topped mine with some toasted pumpkin seeds, thyme, roasted carrots and kraut!
