This is a little clip from one of the classes in The Complete Life Project - balance is a worthy pursuit. It’s essential to living well - finding that sweet spot in the centre.

    มื้อเช้าแซ่บๆ ยั่วๆแต่เช้า!! “ผัดฉ่ากระดูกหมู อกไก่” แซ่บมากก ทานกับไข่ดาวและข้าวไรเบอรี่ อร่อยมาก กระดูกหมูกพลอยเอาไปต้มจนเปื่อยก่อนและทิ้งน้ำทั้งหมดนะ เพราะน้ำมันออกมาเยอะมาก แล้วก็ใส่อกไก่ลอกหนังเพิ่มโปรตีนอีก
วิธีทำ “ผัดฉ่า”
1.นำกระทะตั้งไฟใส่น้ำมันรำข้าว ตามด้วยกระเทียมซอย พริกสับ ผัดให้เข้ากัน
2.ใส่เนื้อสัตว์ลงไป ผัดจนพอสุก จากนั้นให้ปรุงรสด้วย น้ำปลา น้ำมันหอย น้ำตาล ผัดจนส่วนผสมเข้ากันกับเนื้อสัตว์
3.ใส่กระชาย พริกไทยสด และหั่นพริกสดลงไปเพื่อเพิ่มสีสัน และใส่ใบมะกรูดเป็นขั้นตอนสุดท้าย
อร่อยมากกกกกก

    I luckily live out of town and am close to animals and a peaceful surrounding🙌🏼☀️

As much as the gym is my therapy and “me time” so is getting outside in the sun and turning off everything else. I think sometimes being outside with just yourself and your thoughts can be so refreshing. I grew up being outside all the time, camping, hiking, riding horses, just playing in the back yard and I’m SO glad that I had that, because now I can go back to it when I need to reset and feel grounded. What do you do to get away from the craziness of everyday life?

    Post-Show Update: It’s been almost 3 weeks since the summer shredding classic😱 time flys!! Even though I kinda miss prep some days, I’m also really enjoying getting to eat out, going on date nights again and not having to be so strict.

I am slowly increasing food and decreasing cardio because slow and steady wins the reverse diet race🐢 I am a couple pounds up from my stage weight but I also want to maintain a leaner physique for the next few months. My workouts are feeling amazing since I have more energy to push harder and lift heavier, which feels so dang good😅 Just overall very happy and feeling great post show☺️

    Post-Show Update: It’s been almost 3 weeks since the summer shredding classic😱 time flys!! Even though I kinda miss prep some days, I’m also really enjoying getting to eat out, going on date nights again and not having to be so strict.

Now that I am currently trying to shed some body fat, I am slowly starting to incorporate Intermittent Fasting(IF) in my eating once again. By no means am I saying this is the "best" method but it's what works for ME when I am trying to lean out.⠀

 I LOVE BIG MEALS, I always feel the most satisfied when I am somewhat full. This is why I love IF because it allows me to bigger meals without feeling any type of restriction😬⠀
