    Picture 1: @traderjoes Thai vegetable gyoza drizzled with my Chinese chicken sauce. 
Pan fry: heat your skillet over medium with 1 tbsp olive oil. Cook on each side for about 4 minutes or until crispy. Add 2 tbsp water & cover. Cook a few more minutes until the water has evaporated.

    Happy National Coconut Day!🌴🥥 it’s one of our favorite foods since you can eat is as milk, water, fruit, cream and has so many applications for recipes 😋 these  Coconut & Chia Energy balls are the perfect afternoon snack 🤤

INGREDIENTS 💥
50 gr. oatmeal
40 gr. coconut
70 gr. pitted dates
25 gr. bitter cocoa
30 gr. maple syrup sugar free
2 tbsp. SOW CHIA PROTEIN BOOSTER
¼ tsp. salt
½ tbsp. vanilla extract 
DIRECTIONS 🧭 
1. In a food processor, mix the oatmeal and 25 gr of bitter cocoa for 15 seconds or until they are completely ground.
2. Incorporate the remaining ingredients and process until a homogeneous and moist dough is obtained.
3.  Using your hands, shape the dough into 1-inch balls. 
4. Spread the remaining coconut on a plate and roll the balls in it to cover evenly.

    I found bread here that I love and also discovered putting yogurt on top of toast. Two huge yays! 
The bread is @bionaorganic: best ingredients and grain, oil and sugar free!
Almond butter, strawberries, bananas and @coyo_organic strawberry yogurt- tastes like dessert y’all 
Pesto, avocado and micro sprouts

    This was on my @kingofpops popsicle today. 😍

At first I thought how cool to get this unique one.... Then my boss showed me his and it said the same thing 🙄

At first I thought, "oh bummer they all say that!" BUT the more I thought about it...how cool is it that they ALL say that? 
Truthfully, we are ALL basically unstoppable. We all have the ability to go for our dreams and passions, we just need to believe in ourselves and tap into that potential. Move past the fear that is holding us back and live in our purpose.

Like I said yesterday, we are strong enough, brave enough, and powerful enough. We just have to say YES to ourselves.

    I ventured into @thefreshmarket today and was happily surprised with the amount of healthy options they had!! I found some @sietefoods grain free taco shells and immediately went home and put them to use!! 🌮 I cooked up some organic chicken liver, organic ground turkey, zucchini, and mushrooms to stuff the tacos with 🌱 and topped them with some homemade dairy free nacho cheese and a sprinkle of cilantro 👅 ALSO swipe to see the aftermath of my mini photo sesh 😆 it was bound to happen one of these days!! Dairy free nacho cheese recipe ➡️ Simply blend 1/2 cup cashew, 1/3 cup + 1 TB hot water, 1 TB nutritional yeast, pinch salt, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 teaspoon chili powder 🧀🌶

    My staple everyday breakfast! Perfect for super hot days 🔥🔥 When i’m telling ya hot i mean 36°C.. I’m literally burning ☀️
So i save myself from the fire inside me and eat hella big bowl of strawberry ice cream with homemade cereal and other fancy toppings!

I just simply blended 300g of frozen strawberries with scoop of lactose free whey protein powder (vanilla ice cream flavor tho), splash of water and tsp chia seeds.
For toppings i used my homemade cereal, few fresh strawbs and drizzle of tahini. Of course i added more cereal and tahini after bc i wanted to make nice looking picture for you! Also you will find recipe for my homemade cereal on my ig feed 🙌🏻

    Happy Wednesday Friends! We're half way though the week, yay!!! 🤗 Not that I'm complaining, this week has definitely been better than the last. 
And well yesterday my sister and I went a little overboard with the carbs 😄. She's been asking me to make chow mein for a while and I had an extra couple of goodies hanging out in the fridge so we added them to the mix. At the end of it all I realized that 90% of the meal was CARBS! 😅 oh well, carbo loading for that workout! 💪🏼

Dinner dEATs
•Chow mein 👉🏼 sautéed chopped onion in olive oil for a couple of minutes. Added minced garlic. After a minute added broccoli, carrot, and green beans. Added liquid aminos, water, onion powder, garlic powder, hoisin sauce and @betterthanbouillon vegetable base. Let veggies cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally, then added noodles. Mix everything well and let cook for 6-8 more minutes. •Wontons 👉🏼 used @nasoya organic Thai Basil vegetable Dumplings. Boiled them for 2 minutes, then lowered heat and cooked for an added 2 more minutes. Drained and let stand for 5 minutes. •Lumpia 👉🏼 baked lumpia (from Costco) at 450 for 10 minutes then flipped over and baked for 10 more minutes. .
