Aren’t we supposed to be machines that don’t stop for a second?💫

How can we be productive and efficient if we lower our guards?✨

Stillness is the conscious decision to leave problems and to do’s aside so that the body, mind, and soul rest.🌿

When you are still you realize how overstimulated your mind is with thousands of thoughts per hour. This, in the long term, is not healthy or natural.🍃
.
As crazy as it sounds, you need to give yourself "permission" to rest and listen to what the internal voices tell you; this is necessary for having clarity and focus. And more importantly, to keep you healthy.✨
.
Remember that it is not about working more, but about distributing your time better.☝🏻

Pero, ¿Qué significa esto?👈🏻

¿Acaso no estamos supuestos a ser máquinas que no paran ni un segundo?👀

¿Donde queda la productividad, la eficiencia, si bajamos la guardia? 
La quietud es la decisión consciente de dejar los problemas y pendientes a un lado para que el cuerpo, la mente y el alma descansen.✨
.
Cuando estás “quieto” (sin aparatos electrónicos, libros, etc.) te das cuenta de lo sobreestimulada que está tu mente con miles de pensamientos por hora. Esto, a largo plazo, no es sano ni natural.🌿
.
Por muy loco que parezca, darte “permiso” para descansar y escuchar lo que te dicen las voces internas es necesario para tener claridad y enfoque. Y más importante aún, para mantenerte sano.🍃

Recuerda que no se trata de trabajar más sino de distribuir mejor tus tiempos.💫
