    Sunday scaries have been a thing for me since I was in elementary school lol. Except it was labeled “I hate Sundays, because I despise Monday’s”. It was the worst thing in the world for me.

I really don’t know why I hated it so much 🤔 I love having an extra day of rest, to accomplish things, to just do more on my own time. I can be even a little more relaxed about my gym hour and take my time to get a quality workout. I use this day for a lot of self care. You’re also only five short days from Friday again on Sunday.

Days are only as “scary” as you make them. Monday’s are about getting back into the swing of things, having deadlines, answering to others, etc. but it’s also about accomplishments, assisting others in what they need, and focusing on tasks. Monday’s are actually great and a week reset button almost - it’s a new week!

The inevitable breaks always come to an end, it’s actually your perspective in my opinion that makes “Sunday Scaries” a thing. Changing your perspective can change pretty much change everything (and Sunday will suck a little less lol). I have also changed my perspective on not wearing makeup much and not straightening my hair because honestly it’s more comfy 😜 Hope you all have a magical and fulfilled day ✨👊🏻 and get up and sweat a bit lol it’s good for you 🤙🏻.

🙈 I was more nervous than I get before performing (and I always get so nervous 😅) BUT after months of studying I can’t believe it! EEEP!! I did a guided study making me feel confident to dive into fitness! 💃 I FEEL SO EXCITED.  I’ve always loved health & fitness & I’ve always wanted to help others become their best selves!     Why I stopped weighing myself 🧘‍♀️✨⤵️⁣

🌴Weight fluctuates  Eating, drinking, hormones, and water retention can impact your body composition which changes your weight daily! ⁣

🌴I wanted to focus on how I felt! I’m a decently large human so I’ve always weighed a bit more than most girls. Stepping on the scale always made me feel insecure and sad, so I don’t do it anymore 🤩⁣

🌴Muscle is more dense than fat! I wasn’t seeing a change in the scale because I was gaining muscle 🏋️‍♀️⁣

🌴I was so obsessed with hitting a “target weight” and would feel so sad and unmotivated if it didn’t happen 😭⁣

🌴I felt like the scale was determining how confident I felt, and that wasn't fair. SELF-WORTH is NOT determined by a how much you weigh. We are all bootyful butterflies 🍑🦋⁣

This is not me telling you to not use a scale, if it works for you then you should! For me personally it was more harm than good - everyone will find what works best for them ✨⁣
