It’s taken me a long time to not fear food, but to understand it and incorporate that knowledge into daily living, to know when to restrict and when to be flexible and how you can balance nutritious foods with the not-so nutritious ⚖️🍃🍨

    Working out of town can get you off routine and that means your gym time can be at risk. Sometimes
my best bet is to do a full body workout that covers good cardio, squats, glute isolation, pushing and pulling workouts for upper body, and a core workout to finish it off: 
15minutes sprints 
25percent to 100percent effort

3 Supersets of:
12 DB Squat Press
12 DB Sumo Squat

2x12 per leg
Standing Abductor on Multi Hip Machine

2 sets:
10 DB Shoulder press pulses
10 DB Shoulder press full reps

2x15 TRX Row

2 Supersets:
10 2 handed seated machine row
15 per side 
One hand seated machine row

2x20
Russian twists
(twist to the left and right=1 rep)

Done in 45-50minutes! Enjoy!

    Just monkeying around 🐒 off season going very well for powerlifting. Will be competing some time after bodypower will be interesting bringing such a talented junior @marzonl  to compete at nationals. His bench and squat are absolutely savage for his age and weight class, in other news have been putting a lot of effort into my goal of 1000 pull ups in a session. And so far progress has been great, this is defo a end of year goal. Finally With the inspiration of @ jhaund 
I’ve decided to create a mini series of informative posts on putting on mass for those that declare themselves ‘Hard gainers’ or ectomorphs.
Expect some length to these posts as I want them to be quite comprehensive...
Most of these posts will be a combination of self experience and just general knowledge and some tips and tricks that have helped me get to 5000 calories.. just posting PRS is getting pretty boring and seem pretty ego driven. ——————————————————
