    When you walk into the #gym and see a lot (understatement) of yellow cones at FIVE AM...turn around and go home. This mornings workout was brutal because we had the #100repchallenge. 100 pushups, 100 jump squats, 100 walking lunges, 100 tricep extensions, 100 “snakies” 100 full sit up, and 100 of a whole lot more followed by 1 mile on the bike and 1000 meters on the #rower.

    Уметь реагировать на сигналы своего тела. Не становиться фанатиком‼, который быстро растрачивает себя.😉☝️

✅Есть спортсмен, который использует принцип прогрессии нагрузок, знает о суперкомпенсации и постепенно идет к своей цели, получая кайф от тренировочного процесса.🤩💪Я вот 6 лет иду🤷‍♀️и до сих пор в процессе 😉☝️Собственно говоря,я никуда не тороплюсь ☺💪

✅Другой спортсмен на каждой тренировке выкладывается на 120%. Боль для него временна, а "триумф" вечный.❌ После каждого занятия в зале он хочет умереть.❌ Он тренируется по 3 часа, и падает в обморок в лучших традициях Шварценеггера❌🤦‍♀️. Забывает он, конечно, что Арни использовал ...м..тан☢ в качестве конфеток при таком режиме тренировок.😉👌

Даже если второй спортсмен в краткосрочном моменте достигнет больших результатов, в долгосрочной перспективе первый обойдет его «на голову».✅💪Т.к. здоровье "фанатика-торопыги"‼Рано или поздно (скорее РАНО😉☝️)скажет ему пока-пока‼😆и он выпадет из тренировочного процесса❌

Спортсмен должен учитывать собственные реакции организма.😉Прислушиваться к своему телу💪❤Оценочным критерием эффективности тренинга является не только результат✅, но и чувства‼чувства, которые вы испытываете во время процесса построения "формы мечты"🌰☝️💪

    What do you count as ‘EXERCISE’? 🤷🏼‍♀️

For me, I’m learning that the gym isn’t the only place you can get a workout in! 
This weekend I’ve swam, walked, played sports and each left me exhausted and some sweating 😅 !
I think as the gym is a heavy focus for burning calories and getting in shape a lot of us think that even though we may have already walked 3000000 steps in a day, it isn’t an accomplishment if we haven’t made it to the gym. 😩

I had two days off and yet I ached when I went back today… no cardio though had plenty of that 😛 -
If you’ve not managed to get to the gym DO NOT WORRY! There are so many other activities:
- Yoga 🧘‍♀️ - Swimming 🏊‍♀️ - Long walks🚶‍♀️ - Playing a sport 🥎 - Home workout using body weight or resistance bands 🙌🏻

Find something YOU enjoyed and stick with it, gym or no gym 👍🏻

    ICE CREAM SUNDAE PROTEIN CHOW 🍨

What you’ll need:
6 cups Rice Chex Cereal
1/3 cup all natural peanut butter
2/3 cups chocolate chips (I used Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips)
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream Level-1 Protein Powder
2 scoops Milk Chocolate Level-1 Protein Powder
1/3 cup dried strawberries
1/3 cup banana chips
1/3 cup peanuts

How to make:
Place chocolate chips and peanut butter in a bowl. Microwave for 30-60 seconds. Heat until mixture is smooth when stirred. Poor half of the cereal in a large mixing bowl. Add half of the chocolate peanut butter mixture and gently stir until cereal is evenly coated. Poor the cereal into a large Ziploc bag. Add the Vanilla Ice Cream Level-1 protein powder. Seal the bag and shake until the cereal is well coated. Repeat with Milk Chocolate Level-1. Place both protein chow in a bowl, add remaining ingredients, mix together and enjoy! 😊
