- 170g ovsenih kosmicev🥄
- 70g nasekljanih soncnicnih semen🌻
- 40g meda ali agavinega sirupa🍯
- 50g arasidovega masla 🥜

- arasidovo maslo🥜
🍫Preliv:
- stopljena 85% cokolada 🍫
🥣Priprava: vse sestavine za granola casice zmesamo skupaj (arasidovo maslo in med se prej segrejemo v kozici in se vroce prelijemo cez suhe sestavine), nadevamo v silikonske modelcke za muffine. Pazimo, da oblikujemo casice, v katere bomo kasneje nadevali arasidovo maslo. Pecemo na 170°C, 10min, nato pocakamo, da se ohladijo. V vsako casico dodamo 1 zlicko arasidovega masla, jo prelijemo s stopljeno temno cokolado in damo v hladilnik za 2h. Postrezemo hladne😋

    ANAEMIA. And @leonrestaurants . With a side of mummies know everything. I’ve had a real struggle of a week this week, crazily lethargic, brain fog, dehydrated, pasty - yada yada. I couldn’t pin point what it was until I spoke to the mothership who asked if I’d been taking my iron 😬 I hadn’t 🤦🏼‍♀️. After the past weekend being fully out of routine, it just slipped my mind. Foolish I know. Anaemia was one of the first things the GP’s found was wrong with me before the coeliac diagnosis so I’ve taken iron for years. And on the odd occasion I forget this is how I feel if I forget. I’m letting it be a lesson. So on the plus side, I wanted something comforting, the macros can do one today. And I got this AMAZING Leon GF Korean burger. I can not recommend highly enough!! Anyone else struggle with anaemia/remembering their pills? I’ve since rushed to the chemist and got some tablets to keep in my desk and can’t wait to feel normal again soon🤞🏻 #glutenfree #glutenfreeuk #burger #leon #anaemia #autoimmunedisease #coeliac #celiac #tiredness #iron #singluten #sansgluten #gingevsgluten

If you think you can’t have pancakes everyday, you’re wrong! 🤪 Check out what these are made from... same as eating a bowl of oatmeal, topped with some berries and a nut butter! (And just as quick to whip up 😉) .

1/2 cup Gluten Free Oats (or regular) + 1 egg or 1 flax egg + 1/2 banana + 1/4 cup nut milk + 1 scoop collagen or protein powder + 3/4 tsp baking powder + pinch of salt + 1 tsp vanilla extract + 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Blend all together in a blender and let sit for a min or 2 to thicken up! Pour & flip.
. **soak your oats overnight covered in water for easier digestion! **if you’re a vegan or using the flax/chia egg, throw some chia seeds in that same bowl soaked your oats and you’re set for the morning to blend everything else together!

    My weekend plans definitely include making this pecan pie skillet cookie 🍪 you can use any nut butter but I love pecan butter in this! I used my mini 5 inch skillet and added: ⠀
⠀⠀
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp pecan butter (recipe is on my blog!) ⠀⠀
1 egg⠀⠀
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp golden monkfruit @lakantosweetener (can also use coconut sugar, regular sugar) ⠀⠀
2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk⠀⠀
1 tsp vanilla extract⠀⠀
3/4 cup @bobsredmill almond flour⠀⠀
1 Tbsp coconut flour⠀⠀
1/2 tsp baking soda⠀⠀
1 tsp cinnamon ⠀⠀
Dash pink salt ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Preheat oven to 350. Combine pecan butter and the egg, then stir in sweetener. Add almond milk and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Then add your dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, combine, then pour into a greased skillet (mine is 5 inches). Top with pecan halves and bake for 15-20 minutes, so delicious ✨ happy Friday!

    Made up my own chocolate rawnola recipe to put on my favorite smoothie (beaming banana berry from @blissfulbasil which btw I use whatever berries I have which in this case was mostly blueberries and some cherries). For the rawnola I threw some dates, pecans and oats in the food processor and whirled them til sticky then added them to a bowl with more oats, coconut shreds and pumpkin seeds. Then I mixed equal parts of cacao powder and maple syrup and stirred it in. Freaking delicious if I do say so myself! 💪

    Yk when EVERYTHING just goes wrong at a mealtime? That was me at lunch. I got in an arguement with my mum about recovery which just made everything feel pointless, then she was just in a rotten mood then lost her phone so while I was attempting to make lunch I was having a million and one different orders of “google this number - ring the shop” ect. THEN thanks to this my toast went cold AND everything was later than planned & I felt it was “too late” AND I was gonna have a cappuccino with but the milk didn’t froth🤦🏼‍♀️BUT despite all this stress and anxiety I didn’t let it allow anorexia to swoop in just because everything wasn’t “perfect” doesn’t mean you can’t eat. Food & situations around food don’t have to be perfect. You still have to eat. So I calmed myself down & brought my banana & choc shot toast (along with loadssss more banana on its own with choc shot hehe😋) to my room to eat (ALONE!!! cos I needed space to remember I’m doing this for me & just because my mum doesn’t think I’m doing well enough isn’t an excuse to just give up altogether I still gotta try my best cos this is for me not her) while watching YouTube (my vid of choice was @lozfights recent Q&A) and then I went and grabbed a malteaser truffle because just because my milk wouldn’t froth so I couldn’t make a cappuccino doesn’t mean ya girl can have nothing!!! Recovery is tough but it’s in these moments that we really gotta keep pushing💓💪🏻
