    CHANGE ✨✨ .

    I’ve been thinking about change and who I was this time last year.
    I know I was a lot more afraid.
    I know I am not the same person anymore.
    I don’t know exactly when I changed, but I know at some point, between cutting my strings, escaping and building my wings, I set myself free.

    I am super proud of myself and all I have accomplished. I know others might think it’s nothing, and some people who I have wanted to make proud have turned out to be the ones I couldn’t rely on at all.

    Life is about lessons and change, sometimes negative and sometimes positive but it mean that we grow.
    This last year I have focused quite heavily on my health & getting my fitness back on track.
    Not only that but I am so much more confident & happy.

    Overall I have not lost much weight wise but I have definitely leaned out and gained a tone of muscle.
    Difference in stats -
    Weight: 10kg
    Shoulders: 7.5cm loss
    Waist: 9cm
    Bum: 8cm

    Unfortunately I didn’t start measuring BF% until recently so I don’t have the difference.
    Currently also 10.5 weeks out from @wbff_official LA show! •

    Never forget how far you have come especially on the bad days when you feel like no matter how hard you’re working you’re not seeing progress.

    #throwbackthursday to my first IFBB show with @2brospro_events last June - currently enjoying making gains for the June show this year though only if I can be ready in time - there will always be another show and I learnt the hard way last year... if you think you won’t be ready don’t rush! Just postpone show day, even a week or two can help so much to take the pressure off.
