    OOOOOOCHY MAMA! Don’t ask what that was but just looking at my burger from last night makes me all giddy.. I know I know it’s not the healthiest meal you’ll see on your feed this miserable Wednesday but it’s all about balance! Mine & @alwright9o first visit to @fiveguys, we were not disappointed, my bank balance may be but my belly was not! Absolutely delicious & I will definitely be returning, maybe after payday though!🙄😂

Todays video is a little different as requested by you guys 💙 You wanted to see more functional training and to learn new skills so here’s the first on – headstands 🤸‍♀️ Not for the fainthearted, but like with any gymnastics move, practise makes perfect! Here are a few drills you can do to get practising 👏🏻

You will need a yoga mat and a buddy if you’re not feeling confident who can help support you!
.
1️⃣ Please please please, start by warming up your wrists and neck with small circles! Your hands and head should form a triangle shape on the floor – this gives you a good base. Start by walking your toes in as far as possible to practise being on your head and wrists

2️⃣ Walk your toes in and lift one leg off at a time. This will help with your core strength and increase your balance

3️⃣ Walk your toes in slowly and lift both legs off together and hold. This will challenge your balance but is a great starting point for your headstand. Remember go engage your core and remain strong. Try and get your back as straight as possible

4️⃣ Take what you have learned and practise straightening your legs – if you need to use a partner for support

5️⃣ This is where you can challenge yourself. Practise lowing your legs down from your headstand straight. This is called levering

6️⃣ Once you’re confident and can hold your headstand well and remain balanced and strong, practise levering up and down. This is a great core workout!

Please be aware guys that I am a qualified gymnastics instructor as is my sister who is in the video helping 💙 Do not begin practising your headstands unless you have warmed up and be careful throughout 👏🏻 If you have any questions at all just ask! If you’re wanting to learn things like this as a serious skill I would recommend practising around 15 minutes a day 😘

👊🏻 Maintenir votre logement frais (fermez fenêtres et volets la journée, ouvrez-les le soir et la nuit s’il fait plus frais) ;

🥰 Penser à donner régulièrement de vos nouvelles à vos proches et, dès que nécessaire, osez demander de l’aide ;

👉🏻 Ne pas vous exposer et vous mettre en danger inutilement!

Getting sunlight is good for you. Too much and you’ll get sunburnt.
A few glasses of wine - harmless (and tasty). Too much? Dehydration, a hangover, alcohol poisoning.
Too much exercise - joint pain, extreme hunger, injuries.
Staying hydrated with water - good. Necessary, even. But even too much water can be harmful!
The phrase “everything in moderation” came to popularity because too much of anything, including things we may see as “good” or necessary, can be unfavourable.
When you apply moderation to food, that goes for BOTH broccoli and cookies. Nutrient dense and calorie dense.
Have you ever eaten too much fibre? I have and dayum it was unpleasant.
