    ✅I love using the sand dune early in the offseason.

    ‼️It’s a soft unstable surface that’s allows you to work on movements while strengthening tendons and ligaments.

    🚧Without beating your body up.

    ⚠️I would focus on marching first.

    ⚠️Then I would go to skipping.< this will get your HR up faster so be conscious >

    ✅I would add this to the mini circuit we’ve been building.

    ♦️5 min Bike

    ♦️5 Min Push/Pull

    ♦️5 Min Sand Dune Marching

    This is an easy template to execute. 2 min rest between stations

    💠15-20 min of activity

    💠If you have a heart rate monitor. <120-150 would be a good generic guage to stay in>

    💠If not focus on breathing through your nose to regulate your pace.

    💠2-3 sessions a week would suffice
