    MINDSET: Does your mindset make a difference? In my book 📖 it does 1000%
    Your frame 🖼 of mind, thoughts and beliefs, on food, exercise, nutrition, education, career or whatever it is, are all affected by your mindset.
    So let’s break it down, fitness and nutrition for example is not only my passion but a lifelong hobby.
    There are days when I am tired, or maybe not as motivated, or want to blow off my workout 🏋️‍♀️ for the next few days. That’s where your thought process and mindset become involved.
    I can allow my thought process to continue down that path, OR I can choose to change it and focus on what I need to do, and get it done.
    Eating healthy, I have a positive mindset on it, health benefits, no more digestive tract issues, physique and muscle tone is at its best.
    That’s what mindset is, you focus your thoughts on the positive aspects instead of the negatives.
    Mindset to me is everything, I can be having a terrible day, and if my mindset is there, it seems like more unfavorable events unfold throughout the day. Coincidence or my mindset attracts it?
    It could be one or the other or both. Either way, not any of us can control every little aspect or situation, what a person does or does not do.
    But we can change our mindset from negative to positive and turn any situation around headed in the right direction.
    Remember you are the captain 👩‍✈️ of your plane ✈️ or 🛳 ship, it’s taken me a long time to figure all of this out.
    But once I did, it made my life better and me a much happier person ! Happy Thursday IG peeps!

    Never thought it was necessary to get a coach because I wanted to “Try it myself” plus felt like I couldn’t afford it. But once I decided to take this business seriously and invest In advanced training and coaching, my brand and business has been taking off!💨

    I actually have very little photos of me posing like this and you will rarely see me with my top off. Not because I’m embarrassed or I have anything to hide but because fitness and health is not just about looking good, but feeling great.⁣⁣
    I was a chubby kid growing up until my dad got me the gym membership I requested for my 16th birthday. ⁣⁣
    From then I was hooked. I trained extremely hard, day in day out but found myself never being satisfied with my size. I was doing things that were not only bad for my body, but bad for my mental state. ⁣⁣
    It was not until I had a moment about 9 years ago, a moment where I realised, why? What is this all for? I’m not entering any competition. I’m not comparing myself with joe muscles from around the corner. Who cares.⁣⁣

    I know I have not got the best body, shape, genetics or size. To my surprise though I’ve been asked for many years what I do to stay in shape and what training routine i use to maintain myself year out. ⁣⁣
    Well, it’s quite simple.⁣⁣
    ⁣⁣
    Calories in VS Calories out.⁣⁣
    ⁣⁣
    In short, as long as you’re consuming less calories than you are burning, you will loose weight. That’s the basic principal. It’s quite easy if you think about it⁣.⁣
    In no way shape or form do I deprive myself of a cheat meal or a night out with friends because of my diet. I just compensate. ⁣⁣

    What I do is more of a lifestyle than a diet which in return keeps me motivated to keep it up. If you stick to that principal you will find that you will fluctuate less and understand the fluctuation is only minimal. This then does not put pressure on your body.⁣
    ⁣⁣
    The 🔑 is balance. ⁣⁣
    ⁣⁣
    Don’t hurt your body just to look good.⁣⁣
    ⁣⁣
