This speak volumes because I have always been a person to have a plan/goal with the layout on how to reach it. To sum it up I always had an answer for what I wanted in my life and how I was going to get there. However I found that my life was moving fast and the first set of goals I had, I did not have a legit reason for why I set them. For once, I didn’t have an answer for what I wanted to do in my life or on my fitness journey. That’s when I realized, I was lost but I found out that is okay because sometimes you have to be lost to find your drive. I think it is important to practice and strive to go about things the right way that way you are truly happy with what you accomplished. For anyone that is lost it is okay because it is temporary and not always a bad thing go into things when you have the right mindset you don’t have to always be on edge diving head first.
Think of it like making music if you make passionless music is it really going to turn out good? No. You get what you put into it. Here’s a little Monday Wisdom.

Reality check! Grant me the strength to accept what I can not change and the fortitude to change what I can. The health of family, friends and self has no price tag measurable in tangible goods or finances. Keep that straight every day. #sphimages

#MINDFULMONDAY - 5 EASY MEALTIME HABITS FOR EATING LESS

It’s not simply a matter of following a meal plan to the bitter end. Pursuing a diet without making meaningful changes to your routine, can do little more than mask underlying issues. If you’re a serial binge eater, that habit’s not dying easy. Once the diet ends; those problems inevitably resurface, and the weight balloons back up.
How to avoid this slippery slope? Make simple changes to the way you eat meals, and set yourself up for the long term, beyond the diet. So here’s a few ways of encouraging portion control
/

1- Drink a glass of water before your meal

Filling up the tank will put a dampener on hunger in the immediate short term, allowing you a chance to eat at steady pace. /

2- Eat the vegetables first

The fiber accomplishes the same as water, while also slowing down digestion. If food takes longer to process, you’re going to be kept full until the next meal or snack hits its time slot.
/

3- Use smaller plates and forks

A lot of food and appetite is intrinsically linked with visuals, so smaller plates will make the portions look bigger and more satisfying. As for forks, that’s also keeping you busy for a while longer.
/

4- Stop at 80% full

It takes some practice to figure out when your appetite is at 80% capacity, but it makes a huge difference. Stop here and your stomach will continue digesting food, hitting a feeling of fullness a few minutes later. /

5- Stick to one serving

Avoiding seconds and commit to your portions, this will help you avoid overeating for the sake of it, while making you more aware of how much is going on your plate.

Moody AF! Was quality touching base with the elements this weekend. I had the beach to myself this morning. Something to be said for that fresh sea air. The winds were whipping up a reyt storm, both impressive and humbling, we are truly insignificant it’s power. Ready to get back to work and some serious training now, all aboard!!

    DISPERCEZIONE - parte 2!
Come siamo vestiti. Come siamo pettinati. Come camminiamo. Cosa diciamo. Gigantizza i problemi.

Starting to slowly shred. This sport is not easy and only a small percentage of us will fully commit to the diet, training and lifestyle that’s required to achieve results. I’m still not where I want to be but very happy so far. Still got a long way to go but getting there. Big thanks to @dan.savage.96 @kwameduah @king___rah for all being in my corner. Dan has been training me on weights and pushing me hard. Kwame has created a plant based diet that is really working for me. He has also created a training program for me to do on my days off personal training. Rah has been helping me with my cardio and boxing. He is the man! Surround yourself with the right people and you will soar like an eagle. Ain’t no stopping now! 💯
