Знаешь,я просто хочу сказать,что я правда бежала к тебе каждое утро на Silver Beach,спавшая 5-6 часов,но я знала,что ты ждёшь эту тренировку и я не могла её отменить!!!Я правда готова в день слушать по 50 твоих аудио сообщений и знать,что у тебя происходит,как ты варишь рыбку,как ты кушаешь,знать каждый твой выпитый литр,я чувствую тебя и это значит полный отчёт ,который ведёт за собой хорошие результаты!!!
Спасибо тебе,что ты не сдаёшься ,даже когда так сильно хочется отдохнуть!!! Я со всем другой тренер.Меня не интересуют деньги вообще.Да я в них нуждаюсь,как и каждый человек,но когда это касается тренерства,я никогда не думала о деньгах.И никогда не буду подобна многим тренерам и продажникам.Именно поэтому я другая,именно поэтому вы увидели во мне и в нас других.Именно поэтому наш путь не такой примитивный как у всех.

Finally getting back into the swing of things! Anxiety is still bad but it’s such an improvement from the beginning of the week! -
I know it’s so easy to get caught up in the moment but remember things always get better!❤️

    Yogurt bowl for lunch today! I love @so_delicious unsweetened vanilla yogurt the best! 😍 I topped it with blueberries, maple granola (rolled oat & sunflower seed blend), & a lil bit of agave! The fruity flavored yogurts have close to 30 grams of sugar, so I don’t have them often

    HAPPY ME 🤩 - I believe the most important thing when you decide to #getfit and #healthy is to find out what you like 👏🏻! If you - like me - love going to the #gymtime alone following your own schedule on your own time that is great🔥. But other people are more motivated when training in groups, following classes at the gym or doing a team sport. It is important to find something you love and will be able to stick with it!

BUT and this is a big BUT (pun intended 😜) - I do not believe those people who say “oh nooo i really cant do that i hate that thats so not me” without even trying it for at least a few weeks 😖!! It is hard work to become a #fitgirl and get a #stronger #healthybody , you will have to SWEAT WORK and keep going back! Work on your own #workoutmotivation and trust me soon enough you will become a #gymjunky just like me 😉👏🏻💚💪🏻!!! .

    Killer 14 Minute Workout‼️‼️ Basically you’re doing a total of 14 rounds each lasting 1 minute consisting of 2 exercises. After each round, however much time you have left in the minute is how long you rest. As soon as the minute is up, you start the next round

1st round - 15 kettlebell swings 
2nd round - 10 burpees 
3rd rd - 15 KB swings
4th rd - 10 burpees

I did this at the end of my session with my trainer and it absolutely whooped my ass. 
Give this a try if you want to be left feeling a nice burn and a full body sweat. For the KB swings, really drive with your hips and brace your body to control the weight coming down. The rest time should get shorter in the last few rounds. Good luck! 👍🏼 #fitfam #fitspo #trainhard #crossfit #crossfitcommunity #getfit

Woke up about 199 Lbs this morning and starting to cut back on the food I’ve been eating to rebound from the starvation state I was in from my surgery 💀
That being said, after dropping all that weight drastically, I’m much closer to where I want to be when it comes to level of conditioning and size for me to cut down too.
With getting back into training regularly and dietary intake becoming normal again, it means we are getting back to the grind!
Cutting a few more pounds to get ready for photo condition again AND get ready for my MBA program starting up full time in a couple weeks 🤗!
I’m happy with where I’m at even though I lost lean tissue from not eating but you have two options-you can be upset for what you lost, or be positive at how much further it has gotten you!
