This is why I give my kids wholefood based nutrition instead of traditional multivitamins 👇

1) They're the only kids product listed with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) for medicinal purposes. All store bought products are listed as confectionary, so full of sugar and other nasties!!! 😮

2) It's wholefood based nutrition, it's real food! It has a food label with nutritional info, not a supplement label. So it's like buying any food item off the shelf at the supermarket. 
3) It's safe for pregnant + breastfeeding women, babies and children as well as the elderly so nobody misses out!

4) They have 10's of thousands of micronutrients compared to maybe at best 25 synthetic vitamins that your body doesn't even absorb in a multivitamin.

5) They're bioavailable, which means our body absorbs straight into the bloodstream within 3-5 minutes.

6) It's the most scientifically researched nutraceutical product in the world! FACT (ask google)

7) It's better than organic (spray + pesticide free) because every batch is tested 5 times

8) It's affordable! 2 for 1, $3 a day for you and a child 😍

quite possibly the easiest snack to make and it'll cure your sweet tooth in the afternoon or for dessert right before bed. full of healthy fats to keep ya full with just the right amount of sweetness👌🏼 literally all ya gotta to do is throw everything in a jar 👉🏼

1c unsweetened almond milk 
1tsp saigon cinnamon 
1tsp @simplyorganicfoods vanilla extract
i added a biiiiiig handful of @purely_elizabeth maple almond butter granola at the bottom () + sliced strawberries + @wholefoods frozen mango chunks (best tasting brand) and a drizzle of @soomfoods date syrup on top!
