    Best ever cheesecake🍰!! Rich with a distinctive creamy texture that’s totally addictive!!
Watch this video tutorial so you can see how easy it is, especially with OKI products👌🏻! 📕Recipe:
Ingredient A:
OKI Cream Cheese 600g
Caster Sugar 76g
Egg Yolk 60g

Ingredient B:
Corn Flour 30g
Lemon Juice 30g
Caster Sugar 76g
Egg 180g

Ingredient C:
Digestive Biscuits 200g
OKI Butter (unsalted) 50g 🥣 Methods:
1. In a mixing bowl, mix OKI Cream Cheese and caster sugar on low speed for 1 minute
2. Scrape the bowl then add in a whole egg gradually on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape the bowl again and continue whisking on a higher speed for 1 minute.
3. In another mixing bowl, mix ingredients B until well combined. Then pour the mixture into the batter and mix.
4. For the crust, break up the digestive biscuit in a ziplock bag by using a rolling pin. Blitz until fine crumbs. Add melted OKI butter until dispersed and it resembles wet sand. 
5. Press the crumbs firmly into the bottom of the pan then pour the batter into the pan.
6. Bake at 150C for 1.5 hours in a water bath.
7. Let the cheesecake cool down then chill it at least 6 hours in the chiller. To unmould, run a knife around the cake ring. 
8. Top with strawberry jam and fresh cream. Enjoy!

I decided to change my instagram name. I would love to share other aspects of my life and not only my food. I always feel pressured to share food pictures whereas I would love to share more about travelling, fitness, mental health, ecofriendly alternatives....I don’t like to be labeled as something anymore. A lot of people see me „just“ as a vegan girl but life is so much more than just the things you eat.
