    Always on Sunday’s. I never know what to cook for dinner. I then am compelled to scan the fridge for inspiration. 
Parma ham, chorizo, goats cheese, fennel, pasta,  the ingredients that offered to sacrifice themselves. 
So another creation is born,  Brock’s wild boar pasta. 
Wild Boar can be a fearsome animal to encounter, as they have a powerful body-shape, they snort very loudly, and they often have sharp tusks. (remind you of anyone)
However, they rarely attack humans unless cornered.
They eat anything! So beware. They love to eat acorns. So if you live at the foot of a forest or mountain, have a garden full Acorn trees; be prepared for marauding wild boar they will dig and generally cause carnage in pursuit of Acorns. As a bonus, they always leave a lovely deposit of steaming shite!😂😂 well, it will help the roses grow.😂 Consisting of: pappardelle pasta with parma ham, wild boar chorizo, spinach leaves, fennel, in a rich pungent spicy broth, consisting of Oyster sauce, Marmite, paprika, chilli flakes. 
I fried the parma ham till crispy and set aside, the same with the chorizo till it was crunchy. I then prepared the broth and added the cooked pasta. Mixed in the cooked meats and sprinkled with toasted breadcrumbs and small chunks of salty goats cheese. 
This dish has crunch, it has crispiness and crackle, it has salty undertones and earthy pungent spiciness of the warming broth. I certainly will be cooking this again; one for the master menu.
