    SLEEEP 😴😴😴
    The other day I put up a poll asking if your sleep was good or bad..... 80% of people picked ‘bad’ ..... WOW
    If yours is shit, what can you do about it?

    1. Bedtime routine. There is a bunch of things you can do here to help your sleep. Go to bed and wake up the same time, avoid electronics such as laptops, computers, phones as they emit ‘blue light’ which can impact your natural sleep hormone - melatonin. Also avoid doing work or anything mentally stimulating close to bed. Reading, meditation, calm music/sleep apps can help.
    2. Eat a bunch of carbs before bed. No carbs after 6pm doesn’t result in fat gain (too many calories do). Carbs result in serotonin, the precursor to melatonin (sleep hormone). Ever had a big lunch/dinner with lots of carbs maybe spaghetti and just want to sleep after 😍
    3. Supplements. Things such as magnesium, melatonin, inositol can help massively with falling asleep and staying asleep.
    4. Sleep in a dark room, or use a face mask like me in the photo 😎
    5. Do the dirty 🍆🍑 but in a clean and safe manner 💁🏼‍♂️.... I don’t think I need to explain this one.
