Первое, что нужно сделать – настроиться на позитивную и лёгкую работу и пожелать себе только хорошего:

🍉Я хочу избавиться от проблем со здоровьем.
🍉Я смогу носить красивую одежду, которая обтянет стройное тело, а не складки со всех боков.
🍉Моя совесть будет чиста, ведь я избавлюсь от привычки переедать.
🍉Я буду ловить на себе восхищенные взгляды мужчин (женщин).
🍉Я обрету уверенность в себе на рабочем месте.
🍉Я помолодею на несколько лет, ведь вес прибавляет возраст.
🍉Мне не нужно будет стесняться на пляже, и прятать тело в сдельный купальник.
🍉Я буду более раскрепощена в постели.
🍉Мой круг интересов и общения станет шире.
🍉Мои родные будут испытывать за меня гордость.

    Debt. Credit card debt. Student loan debt. Any kind of debt. Who's got it? 🙄

I have been working a second job serving tables for over 3 years to take care of student loan debt and just ease the burden of household bills and expenses. One of them was a splurge thing Dan and I bought on our credit card. Ever since, my second job has been going toward that card.
.
Any money I've made from my coaching business has also gone toward that card. Well, I'm proud to announce that with this week's coaching paycheck, I paid the last of it off!! To some, it might not be a big deal, but that is such a HUGE RELIEF to not have to worry about anymore.
.
On top of that, I'm officially leaving my second job serving tables in 2 weeks! I can go from serving tables to serving others by connecting them to the amazing resources I've found to help them live their best lives! I had a goal to pay off the credit card by the time I left and my coaching business helped me do that... 2 weeks early!! Now the next 2 weeks, the money I make serving can be used for something fun instead of bills! 😍😍

Being on my own journey always comes first, but being able to share it with others, and even make money on the side, is such an incredible opportunity and the best of all 3 worlds! Maybe this coaching thing could be for you, too, let's find out 😘📲

    Let’s get MOTIVATED #fitfam
Truth: I’m not always motivated, sometimes I wake up and just want to stay in bed all day with Finn 🐶 watching the office. Other times I wake up early make a bomb breakfast and hit the gym for 2 hours with energy left over. Motivation comes and goes which is totally fine don’t think that all Instagram influencers are 100% on top of their sh*t cause it’s a lie. Find balance with your life I workout 6 days a week and I workout because I love the endorphins I release and always feel better after, not because I hate my body and think I need to change

    When people find out I have anxiety attacks, prescriptions and cry sessions in a dark corner of a room just to stop my thoughts, they are shocked. I don't appear this way. I am smiling all the time, I say jokes, I inquire about others lives, I have a fitness hobby, I'm in school, I have a job etc. All things that would never set off any flags. But in fact, anxiety has been something I have struggled with for years. It is strong, it is real, and it is scary. The amount of times I've had to handle customers in the middle of a panic attack, or put on a smile just to convince myself I am okay, are too many to count. People assume I'm the happiest person there is. I find that such a compliment; but I am not. I am quite the opposite. I feel down way too often, I struggle with food and my mental state every single minute of the day, my anxious tics have marked me too well, and I often times feel like a burden to others. It sucks. I am not happy all the time, it's impossible to be. I struggle hard with problems that seem very real to me, even if in the end they may be irrational. I force myself to say quotes just to brighten my day. I force myself to workout instead of lie in bed and do nothing. I force myself to be positive. I'm constantly trying to change my frame of mind. And that is the only way to get over anxiety. It's a constant battle of changing your thoughts. It's exhausting. It's weakening. But then again, succumbing to my thoughts will break me. Depression is real. Anxiety is real. People won't get it. They don't have to. But don't believe that everyone with a smile has it all peachy clean. Sometimes you gotta play a little poker, in order to win the game.
