    Earn the right to do exercises that require over-head loading. Not everyone has the right pre-requisites to do overhead presses, handstands and anything basically that requires you to externally overhead.

You’ll find when you ask many people to bring their arms overhead, straight arms ofc, 3/4 the way up their lower back will interfere and protrude forward to help with the motion. At this point, if you add any weights on top of your head, guess where all the load is going...... your lower back buddy.

Over here I’m doing doing shoulder Flexion Passive Range Lift Offs, making sure my body is strong enough internally first, before loading externally.

I’m taking my shoulder into its end range passively by using the PVC pipe and the yoga blocks, from there I will irradiate tension throughout my whole body, keeping my lower back in line with my upper back and hips. From there I lift off the yoga blocks, keeping the tension and holding for 10-15 seconds. Burn City.

Remember, don’t jump levels. End ranges will differ from person to person. Don’t force your shoulder somewhere it shouldn’t be.

    Se c’è una cosa che ho capito in sti due anni è che per vivere davvero bene questo sport si deve star lontano dalle persone che ne fanno parte e da Instagram etc.. Purtroppo è brutto da dire ma si salvano davvero in pochi, che conto sulle dita di una mano, ormai leggo solo più di gente malata e ossessionata da sta passione, gente che ha disturbi e che dà consigli agli altri quando i primi a doversi far aiutare son loro. C’è chi passa da un estremo all’altro: da solo aria, acqua a va benissimo anche non far la dieta..... Ragazze che a 20 anni son massacrate da preparazioni folli, che tra l’altro CREDONO normali e leggere.... io boh 🤷🏻‍♀️ meno male che in sto percorso mi son circondata dei pochi che ancora sanno vivere questa passione nei migliore dei modi.

Some people are afread to eat carbs but your body need it!
Here is some of my favorite carbs source (cream of rice is not in the photo but I use it as a pre workout).
You want to grow? Eat a lot of clean food! It's not only rice & chicken, eat what your body digest well!
🇲🇫Glucides : la première source d'énergie de ton corps !
Certains ont peur d'en manger mais notre corps en a besoin !
Voilà mes sources préférées de glucides en off (j'utilise aussi de la crème de riz en pré training).
Tu veux grossir ? Mange beaucoup de nourriture propre il n'y a pas que le riz et poulet, mange les sources de glucides que ton corps assimile le mieux ! #SlayTheMofos #TeamBully _____________________________________

    If you have a muscle imbalance, there are ways to fix that. Some exercises I choose to do are ones that focus on one side of my body. If I am doing exercises where I don’t focus on one side at a time, then always do the weight that your weaker muscle you are training can lift. Never lift two different weights because you’ll cause even more of a muscle imbalance.
