    💪🏼❗️Traps❗️💪🏼 ————————————————————————————
Outside/Inside grip shrugs - We always love to do Traps at the end of our back day workout. This super set will give you such a nice pump to end the day. Grab the plates on the outside first and then move your hands to an inside shoulder width grip position.————————————————————————————
For this exercise we did 6 sets of 12/12 reps with no break between changing grips and a small 15 second break in between sets to ensure that you maximize the burn! Controlled negatives, explosive positives and a brief pause on the contraction every time! ————————————————————————————

    🤜 Só parece fácil 🤛

Ah... eu que tanto falo que da para tirar 30 minutos do dia para fazer atividade física, peço para parar com auto sabotagem... Fiquei com desculpas para não fazer minha esteira por uma semana e meia. 
Tá, fiz exercício porque  não faltei à aula de dança. Mas como digo, uma vez na semana é pouco. 
Semana passada retomei e, gente, como tão pouco tempo faz diferença. Além da preguiça que volta a ser um fator grande de luta, comecei a ter muita falta de ar (coisa que terei que ver urgente). E com isso, minhas metas diminuíram de alguma forma. 
É angustiante chegar aos 5 minutos finais de corrida e não terminar.  Bem o tempo de corrida leve.  E aí só sigo na caminhada.

Mas o principal: NÃO DESISTIR. 
Porque se você se sabotar, as chances de cair e não querer levantar são grandes.

Salada no abacate

2 abacates maduros
½ xícara (chá) de cebolinha verde picada
2 fatias de abacaxi
2 tomates picados
½ xícara (chá) de azeite
¼ de xícara (chá) de vinagre de maçã
½ colher(chá) de sal
1pimenta dedo-de-moça sem semente bem picada a gosto
1 lata de atum sólido
azeite para finalizar
lascas de queijo grana padano para finalizar

MODO DE PREPARO

1.Corte os abacates ao meio, e retire os caroços.

2.Coloque as metades do abacate em um prato.

3.Reserve.

4.Em uma tigela misture o abacaxi, o tomate, a cebolinha, o azeite, o vinagre , o sal, a pimenta e o atum.

5.Misture delicadamente.

6.Divida a mistura nas metades do abacate.

7.Regue com azeite.

8.Finalize com lascas de queijo grana padano, e sirva frio.

    GREEK MARINATED SALMON WITH ASPARAGUS

Greek-inspired marinade works on just about everything. By @primal_gourmet
——
1lb wild salmon filet – preferably skin on
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried mint
1 tsp dried basil
2-3 garlic cloves – finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper
1/2 lbs asparagus – stems removed
1/4 cup EVOO
.
for the Greek Salad:
big hand-full cherry tomatoes – halved
1/2 english cucumber – cubed
1/4 red onion – thinly sliced
1 green pepper – cubed
kalamata olives – approx 3-4 per person
lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil to dress (as desired)
hemp hearts – for garnish

METHOD:
for salmon:
Add thyme, mint, basil, EVOO, lemon juice, and garlic to a bowl and stir to combine – set aside.
Rinse and pat salmon dry with paper towel. Slice filet into 2″ wide portions. Season both sides of the filets with salt and pepper and transfer to a zip-top bag. Pour in the marinade and gently massage the salmon to coat. Lay the salmon flat in the bag, fold over the top half, squeeze out all of the air and seal. Transfer to fridge and let marinade 30min to one hour.
Preheat a grill-pan or grill over medium-high heat. If necessary add a small drizzle of oil to the pan to prevent sticking. Gently lay the salmon in the preheated pan, flesh-side down first. Cook approximately 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness (approximately 4 minutes per side for medium).
Transfer grilled salmon to a serving platter. Season asparagus with a pinch of salt and pepper and add to the same pan the salmon was cooked in. Toss in the cherry tomatoes as well. Grill veggies approximately 4-5 minutes, flipping occasionally to avoid burning. Transfer asparagus to the serving platter along with the salmon. Transfer tomatoes to the cutting board and slice in half before adding to the salad.
for the greek salad: Add sliced and grilled cherry tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, onion, and olives to a mixing bowl. Drizzle with a few glugs of EVOO and a squeeze of lemon. Toss everything to coat. *Taste for seasoning. If it needs a bit of salt or pepper you can add some.

Recently, I’ve made a couple changes to my routine. I joined a gym close to work to avoid the thick of rush hour traffic and then the exhaustion and lack of motivation afterward to hit the gym 😭 So now I go straight from work and I’m loving it! I also started fasting until my lunch break and then I eat my oats after work and right before the gym. I have a protein shake in the car on the way home from the gym then I eat dinner once I’m home, shower, and go to bed when it’s still light out lmao. •

The point is, do what works for YOU. Everybody’s day to day life is different. What works for the people you follow might not work for you and that’s OK‼️ Try things out. You might love it, you might hate it! But you’ll find your rhythm and what works best 😊 Even it it’s a little weird (like eating lunch for breakfast and breakfast for lunch)- do whatever works 😎 It’s your day, your life, your journey 👊🏼 So if you hate your current routine or don’t HAVE a current routine, try something new!!! No time like the present 🖤

    Recently, I’ve made a couple changes to my routine. I joined a gym close to work to avoid the thick of rush hour traffic and then the exhaustion and lack of motivation afterward to hit the gym 😭 So now I go straight from work and I’m loving it! I also started fasting until my lunch break and then I eat my oats after work and right before the gym. I have a protein shake in the car on the way home from the gym then I eat dinner once I’m home, shower, and go to bed when it’s still light out lmao. •

    The point is, do what works for YOU. Everybody’s day to day life is different. What works for the people you follow might not work for you and that’s OK‼️ Try things out. You might love it, you might hate it! But you’ll find your rhythm and what works best 😊 Even it it’s a little weird (like eating lunch for breakfast and breakfast for lunch)- do whatever works 😎 It’s your day, your life, your journey 👊🏼 So if you hate your current routine or don’t HAVE a current routine, try something new!!! No time like the present 🖤
