    🏋🏽‍♀️A lot of my girl followers ask me how I stay fit, while being a mom etc.  So here’s the run down: ✨

1. I don’t buy into any ‘mom’ body or age based thought forms.  I feed my body only loving thoughts, words & whole foods.  No criticisms or comparisons. ⚡️We are designed to thrive and streamline and improve, if you so choose.♥️ 2. 🤸🏽‍♀️I lift weights 3 or 4 times a week.  Heavy ones. Like a guy would😂. It’s the only way for me to stay lean & toned.  Plus I love the endorphin pump!🤩 3. 🧗🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️I play on the other days of the week in some other active way: hike, climb, swim, walk, dance.🌅 4. 🍎🥬🥑🥥I sort of intermittent fast in that I don’t eat when I wake up, I make a couple of green tea tonics w nut milk, raw cacao & liquid stevia.  That way I’m giving digestion a rest from about 9pm until 12 or 1pm the next day.  Way flat tummy from this plus I can eat what I want rest of day...I just don’t eat gluten or processed sugar.  One of my meals is a Young Living Slique Shake from my essential oil line 😍🤪. Lots of fruits, veggies, avocados, nuts, smoothies etc!

Yes I still workout and lift weights lol, just haven’t been documenting as much as my life with this internship going on. ~

I was feeling so bad about my body the other day: I had been on my period all week and my cramps were too severe to workout with. It made me so sad, but it also helped me realize how much happiness I get from working out. My confidence literally thrives after a good workout sesh and taking care of myself. ~
By the time my TOM went away, I was so eager to jump back into lifting and pulled some heavy weight today without even letting my mind stop me. :) ~

Our minds are so powerful, and sometimes we can’t listen to them. Our minds tell us we’re not confident enough or good enough, but the truth is, you CAN be as confident as that person next to you, you CAN lift 135lbs even when you’ve had to take time off and don’t believe in yourself to do it. Don’t let your brain trick you, my soul wanted to pull some heavy weight today and I didn’t let being off for a week stop me. ~

You can do it!!! We are all equal in some way, equal in the way that anyone can outsmart their mind. ~

    I spent years letting anxiety control me, I felt trapped in my own skin, always too afraid to just be myself. But through my fitness journey I slowly gained the confidence to let go of my anxieties and be my weird, bubbly self! And damn it’s freeing! 
THERE IS SO MUCH MAGIC IN SIMPLY MOVING!!! Which is why I will always exercise for emotional fitness and focus on all the lovely endorphins! I’ve come a long way physically, but the mental strength I’ve gained that has helped me cope with some of my roughest periods of anxiety, will always be my biggest win! The body is a bonus! Focusing on how good you feel is much more freeing and rewarding! End of my lil blurb, now go get moving that lovely body of yours! 😉🌈🦋💛✨

    you know when you wake up, and you just simply feel grateful. i can’t help but feel that way every morning when these little ones climb into bed to cuddle.
life isn’t perfect, and has sure taken a different direction than i ever thought it would. there are still lots of challenging things, but there’s more to be grateful for - like my babes, our health, and you guys.
