Bulk Progress is coming along nicely! I am pumped up to the max in this photo after an intense Chest / Arms Hypertrophy Workout. However, currently loving these workouts, making consistent progress, and focusing on my weak points.

I am currently up 10lbs since the end of my mini cut and plan to keep my foot on the pedal. Calories are at an all time high as I am increasing them around every 2-3 weeks. Consistently trying to gain 0.5-1.0lbs a week while progressing inside the gym, food/nutrition is the main factor here. Should be a great year for THE BULK. #RoadTo200

Are they good or bad in our Diet?.
.
Juices have lots of minerals and vitamins but they lack of FIBER. Although we do not absorb fiber it is still very important.  Fiber plays an important role in our digestive path and it helps us feel full longer.

•Watch out for the excess amount of sugars that can be hidden in juices. For example, a 16oz juice could contain the same amount of sugars as 10 apples. But in reality, we don’t actually eat 10 apples in a row. Something that can result from this is a spike in glucose levels.
.
I am not a fan of juice cleanses. Juice cleanses can help you lose weight, but this weight-loss is short term and not a sustainable loss.

Juices are not the HERO marketing has made of them and what people believe.

I think its smarter to pick vegetable (primarily) juices over fruit juices.
.
If you LOVE it, I think it is ok to have them as part of a balanced diet.  Always keeping portions moderate, try to have the low sugar fruits and vegetables in your blend and remember to have fiber-rich food along the way..

    Short training session from yesterday.

I should've taken a rest day but I pushed through and did it anyway. 
I just couldn't get into it and I made the wrong decision to train. Am I glad I did it? Yes but it was still the wrong decision.

Much like life we have to adapt to the unexpected and always keep going forward, when things didn't go quite to plan ie the double kettlebell Turkish get ups, I changed the exercise and then finished the get ups after.

#goodmorning gestern hab ich begonnen Essgewohnheiten in meiner Story zu bearbeiten. Bin schon seit dem Frühstück am überlegen welche ich damals so hatte - z.B. Hatte ich eine Zeit lang immer das Bedürfnis zu meiner Mahlzeit - egal ob Nudeln oder Suppe eine Semmel zu essen. Habt ihr auch so spannende Essgewohnheiten? 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Rückblickend muss ich echt sagen - es wundert mich nicht warum ich so viele Kilo hatte 🙈 #weightloss
