~ 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆! no hate on resistant bands but you need to lift some heavy weight to really tear up those muscle fibers and grow. “heavy” is relative for everyone, but challenge yourself! push yourself to your limits and set new goals as you reach your old ones!

    I been slacking posting fitness videos but this girl is injured. I’ll get back to it as soon as I’m able to lift with no issues. Today I tried doing some stuff at the gym and It was good to actually be moving. -

This picture was taken Before  smashing my finger and loosing my real&fake nail and after tripping & slicing the bottom of my big toe (the day before my bday) lol I think it’s pretty funny now😂😂😂 btw I was completely sober, before someone asks how drunk I was 🙌🏼

    When life gets chaotic and overwhelming, take a break. Go on a three day retreat to the mountain. Enjoy waking up in a cabin right in front of the lake. Turn off your phone and listen to birds chirping in the morning, take time to meditate and listen to God’s voice and hear what he’s speaking to your heart, take time to go on a walk and enjoy how beautiful nature is, the trees the flowers the scenery. So peaceful so perfect ❤️🙏 #healthylivingtips #fitfam #fitgirl
