  • Today I want to share one story from my client´s success. It is all about positivity, confidence and persistence. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ She started Online Training 4 months ago, initial goal was in the beginning tone some muscles and be consistent with training. After 2 months doing everything perfect with practice and also eating habits, there were already some changes in body but weight was same and actually results were worse than they should be after being so constant. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We decided to add caloric intake for 2 weeks to make sure that metabolic adaptation was not reason why results were poor. But problem was not completely solved yet. Weight didn´t start to go down. She admitted that she had problems with stress and sleeping quality. After 3 months she started to sleep better, around 6.5 – 7 hours in night.Still not perfect but a lot better than before! She had also less stress than before. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Then yesterday I got message that after 4 months of practicing, she finally lost weight and is also seeing difference with body measurements! Those results made her SO happy! I could not be more proud about her. This is just example from real life and real problems what there can be in life. It is not always practice or nutrition. Stress and sleeping are also really big factors what we often forget. Lesson from this story is to remember is that never give up, work hard toward your goals and there will be the day coming when all your work is paying off! We are not all same, somebody else is reaching goals faster that others. Do not compare your journey with somebody else. So kann es weiter gehen!
