    Friday mornings are like Christmas morning for me… Friday is cheat day and when I head to Luma’s, open that box of @gingerdonutsgva and see that fresh, sweet goodness, I’m just over the moon! 😍 Today was especially exciting because I special ordered my favorite combo: peanut butter and jelly, and they were kind enough to make it - yup yup! FIRE! HAPPINESS! DELICIOUSNESS! 🤩🍩🤩 get your orders in before Ginger’s summer break (why Ginger, why??? 😭😭😭).

    We’ve cooked so much this week that I’m physically sore and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Here is a massive steak that we smoked and then dropped directly in the fire to impart some serious flavor. .

    Happy Friday! I’m excited to share this super duper easy and delicious Banana 🍌Oatmeal Peanut Butter Muffins😍😍😍😍 🙌🏽👌🏼 recipe below: 🔹1 cup oats
🔹1 banana 🔹 1/2-3/4 cup milk
🔹2 tbsp. Pb
🔹 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (optional)
🔹1 tbsp maple syrup
🔹1 tsp baking powder
🔹chocolate chunks 
1. Add all Ingredients except chocolate chunks to the blender. Blend until smooth batter.
2. Add to a bowl, mix in chocolate chunks.
3. Divide batter into 8-10 muffin cups.
4. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees , or until done.
5. Enjoy!❤️ #changeyourfooditude

    So I’ve temporarily gotten off the strawberry train and have gotten on the stone fruit train. I went a little ham at the farmer’s market and bought pluots, apricots, and white peaches. And now they’re all just patiently waiting to be baked. Today I decided to try the iconic @nytcooking Plum Torte recipe using my pluots. I adapted the recipe slightly and added some almond meal and of course topped it with some almonds for extra crunch. The cake is suuuuper tender and can be adapted to use any fruit your heart desires. It’s also only a few ingredients and takes no time to throw together which is perfect for a weeknight. Now what should I make with my white peaches?? 🤔
