    Okkkk so currently, I am probably somewhere in between these two photos, and I’m good with that!

BUT I have been off of my regular routine for a couple of months now and am ready to hit RESET.

I feel tired, bloated and know my body isn’t happy with the extra amount of alcohol and gluten it’s been getting 😆

So to get back on track I have done some meal prep for the next few days...made room for yoga & meditation... AND I am going to bed & waking up earlier (right after I post this 😂)

    Some people want to lose weight but have trouble saying no. 
It’s easy to justify it as ‘flexible dieting’ 
This doesn’t mean eat all the rubbish and lose weight - it means don’t feel guilty for having a treat but you do need to be really consistent to have significant lasting changes. 
So practicing self control and saying no more often will help them. 
You should never judge someone or call them boring or they aren’t fun anymore purely because they aren’t drowning themselves in gin or devouring pizzas every night... anymore. 
They are bettering themselves, getting fitter and healthier and habits are hard to break. 
Same goes for someone who gets anxious at the thought of going out, having some cake etc as they think it’s going to ruin their progress- it would probably help more to say yes and enjoying an evening meal and pudding out will help them. 
Progress is so much more than just scales and weight loss. It’s habit changes, behavioural changes, mental changes it’s booking a class you’ve been nervous to go to- it’s going out demolishing an apple crumble lol and then just getting up the next day to your normal healthy routine and not thinking  anything of it! Its taking a day off if you need, It’s them little steps that we miss sometimes- and we think because we haven’t lost 3 stone or whacked out 30 burpees we aren’t progressing. YOU ARE. 
Mindset change first, or any physical changes will be short lived! Sustainable results only happen with a sustainable mind. 
TAG SOMEONE who needs to hear this. Like the image says ‘healthy body, healthy mind, - HAPPY LIFE’ 
Do what YOU need to do to keep on track and what helps you and still lets you enjoy life 😌

Ingredients (for 2 servings)
ZUCCHINI CHIPS
* 2 large zucchinis
* 2 cups bread crumbs
* ¾ cup parmesan cheese
* ⅓ cup fresh basil, chopped
* 1 tablespoon garlic powder
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon pepper
* 1 ½ teaspoons red pepper flakes
* 2 eggs
-
SAUCE
* ⅓ cup mayonnaise
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1 tablespoon garlic powder
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
* Cut off top and bottom of zucchinis and slice zucchinis into ½ - ¼ inch (6-12 cm) slices.
* In a small bowl, whisk eggs together.
* Preheat oven to 450ºF (230ºC).
* In a large bowl, mix together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, basil, red pepper flakes, pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
* Take a zucchini slice and dip it in egg wash, then coat it in bread crumb mix, coating all sides and patting mixture onto both side, then place the slice on a large baking sheet. Repeat for all slices.
* Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until chips are golden brown. Flip halfway through.
* In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
* Serve with dipping sauce.

    So I honestly thought today was Friday and then reality just hit me. I think I’m ready for the 3 day weekend? But there’s still lots to be done between now and then! Lunch was like this today: 2 slices of extra toasty bread with mashed avocado, jammy eggs, @sunsetmarketgardens cilantro, @truvaorganics olive oil (best ever), and some salt & pepper
