    🎉Panna Cotta Raspberry Love Cake💖 A super healthy, NO SUGAR, NO BAKE and VEGAN recipe, and DELICIOUS! Prep time 15min max! (recette🇨🇵plus bas !) 🇬🇧➡️ For the base: 250g unsweetened crakers (or nuts) , 12 medjoul dates, mixed to a paste.
    ➡️Panna cotta: 750ml rice milk, 200g macadamia nuts, blended. Add 5g of agar agar previously boiled in 1 cup of rice milk, and a handful (50-100g)of raspberries to get a nice pink colour. Blend until super smooth.  Add 200g raspberries and pour over the base. Place cake in the fridge, and decorate with another 250g raspberries before serving.
    🇨🇵➡️Pour la base, réduire 250g de crakers non sucrés en miettes (vous pouvez aussi remplacer les crakers par des noix) , 12 dattes en purée. Mélanger avec les mains pour former une pâte. Étaler au fond du plat. ➡️Pour le panna Cotta, mixer 750ml de lait de riz, 200g de noix de macadamia, 1 ou 2 poignées de framboises, et 5g d'agar agar dilué et bouilli dans une tasse de lait de riz. Mixer jusqu'à l'obtention d'une crème lisse. Puis ajouter 200g de framboises. Verser dans le moule, mettre au frigo (ou congélateur si pressés) . Décorer avec des framboises avant de servir.

    Kutoarjo.... Can be called my second home...
    Took economy train from Kiaracondong (1) to Kutoarjo (2). Got free breakfast at Hotel Sawunggalih, fried rice with beef floss, cucumber, sambal, kerupuk, and a salty sunnyside egg (3). At the morning walk through the traditional market, I found toko aneka (4). Pass through a restaurant by Mbok Susah (5) and SD Nasional (6). Too bad that the real hot culinary called as Mbok Mangun was closed (7, the original one), then being told that there is a similar one (8) that was where I got tempe bacem, rebung, and melinjo skin for the second breakfast just for Rp. 15000,-, sweet ice tea included.... Back at the hotel I ate another breakfast which is called gethuk just for Rp. 2000,- (9) you can see how big it is compared to my watch..... For lunch I had the famous Sate Winong Mustofa with Gulai, rice and ice tea for Rp. 68.000,- (10). #kutoarjo #food #comfortfood #yummy
