    Tonight I made @wegmans Mole Chicken Enchiladas and they were delicious! Next time, I’ll add more cheese because there is no such thing as too much cheese.

    y’all know how I feel about sauces. taco night has inspired a new one! this 𝒸𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓂𝓎 𝒶𝓋𝑜𝒸𝒶𝒹𝑜 𝓈𝒶𝓊𝒸𝑒 is the perfect sweetness to balance out these kickin’ tacos. lots of sriracha, cayenne, pineapple habańero, and spicy black beans had all of our noses running. caramelized sweet onion & red pepper and this sauce are the perfect companions to the spice. next time you are gettin’ your spicy taco on, give this five minute sauce a try! 🌮

𝒸𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓂𝓎 𝒶𝓋𝑜𝒸𝒶𝒹𝑜 𝓈𝒶𝓊𝒸𝑒
•what you need:
greek yogurt, mashed avocado, minced cilantro, TJs chili lime seasoning, honey, fresh squeezed lemon and lime, water to thin
•what to do:
grab a bowl, toss everything together, and it mix up until you’ve got the sauce consistency you want.
I can promise you won’t regret making this, and you may want to make extras for later 😉

I love a nutrient dense salad for my meals and yes that means breakfast too!! I usually eat eggs everyday and they keep me full for a while which is why most of my salads have at least one egg. .

My salad deets🥗:
pasture raised egg (they have a darker yellow orangyy yolks, higher omega 3 and A,D,E and more) so FULL DISCLOSURE- there were two eggs but I ate one before I could take the photo😂🤣🤦🏻‍♀️

A cabbage based salad with cilantro (which is great for inflammation) onion, green leafy lettuce, topped with pumpkins seeds and some cheese mmm yum! #makeiteasy #noprepmealprep .
Ya know eating crucefieius veggies like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower Brussels sprouts, arugula etc. All of these vegetables are incredibly nutritious and gut healthy loaded with fiber which is an excellent prebiotic! So you really can’t go wrong enjoying any of them. #happyhealthyweigh .
