    Day one of the exercise plan done. I'm doing this with my dad. We've got a plan where the first 7 weeks it's pretty much power walking. This is just to get us going. Then after those 7 weeks the running gradually progresses. Using my upcoming holiday as motivation but I'm hoping if we progress well enough we can keep this going after the break. I'm hoping to use as a way to make my mental health better as a lot of people have said it's helped them. Last week I set a goal to break 500 movements in 30 min.  Not only did I meet my goal of 500....I completed 5️⃣2️⃣9️⃣!!! •
Big goals are easier to achieve a little at a time.  In 4 weeks I went from 431 to 529...thats ✌🏻️moves shy of a 100 point gain 🔥🔥🔥

    I did it, I did it!!!
Not only did I do it, I ran my fastest 5k and 10k in a looooooong time!!! There was a bit of start stop on my first and last mile due to not being able to navigate very well, but I got there and did my much needed 8 mile and broke my 10k barrier! This is the furtherest I've ever ran and I'm really proud of myself for getting through it! 
Loving my new route around Essex too. "The Flitch Way" reminds me of my old favourite in London - the parklands walk (@bliniandthefitness)
