  • Trying to grow some @kaigreene level legs... am I there yet? πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I’ve always had a big ol booty but not very big legs... so pushing to make em grow and get stronger. I have such a love hate relationship with doing legs.. I love doing them but hate the burn, which is weird because every other muscle group I love the burn. . .   • My 1 month transformation. If I can do it so can you!! I’ve come a long way in 1 month. I’m eating properly again and strength is continuing to increase. It’s amazing what you can accomplish with hard work, dedication and consistency in doing the right things. Imagine the change that could happen in 12 months!!! 😳. For me, it’s a slow process, losing weight and fat yet adding muscle, size, and strength. It doesn’t happen fast, naturally. Thankful for the guidance of my coach @bl3ad @blackdiamondfitness , I look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and push to see what I can accomplish. I have a goals, and I’m just getting started.
