    Started doing these for biceps the last few workouts. I find it 100x less effective for me when trying to do both arms at the same time.

    @drip_fit is a product I use every day I workout and some days that I don't (there is very few of these). -
    Why @drip_fit ?
    The best feeling when your having a good workout is the pump and the sweat you achieve. DripFit enhances both of these. It is a sweat intensifier and also helps by actually heating up the parts I am working out. After the workout I use it in those same areas to aid in muscle recovery.     Recovery is huge, I want and I do go back to the gym daily. -
    The band aids in core support. It is not a lifting belt but a high grade neoprene that helps intensify the actions of the cream in my "problem" area. Let's just say ... It also keeps the "extras" where they should be, at the same time, I believe, DripFit is aiding in the tightening of my loose skin. Because of this, I use it everywhere!!

    Other things I have noticed, skin is softer, dry skin is gone, my finger nails seem to grow quicker, lifting calluses stay softer, dry elbows/heels are gone. -

    β€’4 sets Leg Press (Middle/Wide, toes pointed out)
    β€’5 sets Leg Extensions
    β€’5 sets Leg curls
    β€’7 sets pyramid up light to heavy Pull Throughs (Pause at top)
    β€’5 sets Barbell Stiff Leg Deads (Lift through hips and squeeze)
    β€’4 sets Hyperextensions (Feet pointed out)
    β€’4 sets Abductor Machine

    Also wan’t to note my only heavy workouts here are Leg Press and Extensions where I go to 100% - 5RM Leg press I usually go up to 26 odd plates. 45-1 min rest max including adding weight.

    The rest of my workouts i’m lifting volume. Heavier volume about 12RM but my main focus is the squeeze!
