Veja:

1 – REDUZ O ESTRESSE E COMBATE A DEPRESSÃO.
2 – CONTROLA O PESO.
3 – PREVINE DOENÇAS CARDIOVASCULARES.
4 – MELHORA O SONO.
5 –  AUMENTA FORÇA E A FLEXIBILIDADE.
6 – AJUDA NA DISCIPLINA E NA AUTOCONFIANÇA.
7 – AUMENTA A ENERGIA.
8 –  PREVINE O DECLÍNIO COGNITIVO.
9 – PROMOVE A SOCIALIZAÇÃO.
10 – AUMENTA A LONGEVIDADE.

Está esperando o que para começar a mudar seus hábitos?

I don’t know about you all but I had just a little bit of fun this weekend. 🤗 But today is still Monday and I’m ready to get back to a consistent workout plan. Since surgery I’ve just been taking it easy and haven’t been doing a specific program. Although I must shout out my at home workouts for keeping me in decent shape to be able to run a 5k Saturday (I was impressed with my endurance since I haven’t been running consistently and I kept a decent time 🏃🏻‍♀️). .
.
So anyway I’m ready to ease myself into a plan. If you want to join me in a Clean Week challenge (7 days of 30 minute workouts and some superfood nutrition) hit me up! I’m going to run a small group to help get us all motivated. The workouts are designed for ANYONE, and is a great place to start if you have been wanting to try the programs I’m in love with. 😍
.
.
Challenge starts June 3rd! Message me today to reserve your spot!! Let’s set you on a plan to succeed. 💪🏼

In a fast paced world in a society of instant gratification it is important to remember that some of the most beautiful things we will achieve in our lives require patience and a really journey of discovery. If we remember to trust the process when we look back the end result will feel far much more rewarding. Give yourself time ~ KL

Not every opinion is valid. Sometimes you just have to consult with yourself.

Does anyone else ever get caught talking to yourself?! 😂

It’s been awhile...life happens. Tragedy happens. Time moves in slow motion even though sometimes you don’t want it to, and other times you wish it would sprint away. .
.
3 deaths in our family in a month, sadness for all of us but the last one really gutted my son. He lost his best friend for the past 6 years, Jasper our chocolate lab was killed right in front of our house. Hit by a car as he was protecting his sister lab Kali. .
.
So needless to say exercise and working out on a regular basis has been put to the side this part week.
.
.
But after a good weekend of High performance hockey for Matt (U15 OHL/OHF Hockey Excellence Camp) and visiting family in the area things are getting back to OK...not normal, but OK.
.
.
So today I got back at it and pushed hard in the gym and it felt really good. Now to focus and stay on track moving forward....and being good to myself.
.
.
It isn’t easy to maintain a routine, life happens, moments happen, tragedies happen and you need to be kind to yourself and know that it is ok to miss a day or two here and there. We are human, not machines. And that is actually what makes this life pretty spectacular...the human element. .
.
So enjoy today. Enjoy the sunshine. Do your best and forget the rest. Believe in yourself. Move, play, breath....whatever you can do for yourself. You got this.
.
.
LOVE THIS LIFE!!

Life has been about my inner journey. Believing I am enough and that I am unique and have so much to offer. Yesterday as I spent some time with some great friends @chrysalisyoga to celebrate Ingrid's baby shower we talked about many things, the one thing that I connected to at this time was my life's trauma. I am talking about this because I believe that most of us have suffered our own form of trauma. My 1st one was when I was 3, I lost my sister that was 4. She was not well and my mom then immediately got pregnant to have another child. Maybe her way of coping was to have another baby. My new sister was also ill. There was much of my parents energy spent on taking care of her then. Thank goodness she is healthy and beautiful and very much in my life. I was not ill, so there was not much focus on me for a long while. I share this not to place blame or to have anyone feel sorry for me. I share this to say that I lived most of my life with the feeling of not being seen or heard, even until this day as I am 52, many times that feeling creeps back in. So, if I don't recognize, accept and embrace these feelings and behaviours around these feelings I will not heal or grow. Life happens and because I was raised in a family that didn't talk about feelings, what happened when I was just 3 changed my life forever. I am grateful for the awareness that I now have. For much of my life I didn't believe in myself or what I had to offer. Now as I move through life knowing that I am not my trauma, I am able to begin to heal, live, grow and learn about myself and others. I feel like I am living as the best version of myself today. I am filled with love and gratitude.

There’s no better feeling than crossing that finish line after 12 hours of racing and realizing that you accomplished your goal! Especially after I made it way harder with a wrong pit decision at the end of lap 4 and injuring my right calf when I slipped of Skidmarked at lap 5. I cannot thank my pit crew and especially my Gritbase teammate @ccrayne74 enough. He injured himself early in the race but stayed up the entire night and pitted for me. Thanks for getting me back out on that course! With about 5 hours left and 3 more laps to go to reach my minimum goal, I literally had no clue how nor a lot of faith that it would work out, but i wasn’t ready to quit yet. In the end it paid off to only quick pit for the last 3 laps and not give up. My awesome pit crew told me already on my way through the pit area that i had plenty of time left for the final two obstacles, but it wasn’t until I saw that clock at race control crossing the finish line that I fully realized I made those 8 laps. I went to the ground because I had to reflect what just happened. I realized that I didn’t believe in myself midway through the race, but I wasn’t ready to give up and all the encouragement from friends on the course and in the pit, brought somehow my fighting spirit back. I think the biggest lesson learned in this race is, as long as you don’t give up, you will always have a chance to come back! Thanks to @tough_mudder for putting together a great event and a big shoutout to all volunteers for being such a great motivation throughout the night! A special thank you to my fabulous training partner @mahina8oh8 for keeping me always motivated, for many good laughs during training sessions and for being an awesome person! Cannot wait to be back on course this weekend at #spartanfayetteville! #ocr #ocrtribe #toughmudder #toughestmudder #toughestmuddereast #mettlemonday #legendborne #legendbornesquad #defineyourlegacy #gritbase #sponsored #mondaymotivation #neverquit #believeinyourself #lifegoals #beatyesterday #mindovermatter #digdeep

This is for the women who are doubting themselves in their relationships.

Rather it's a marriage, friendship, or something different.. Don't undervalue yourself.
Don't let him make you believe you aren't worth it.
Don't give everything ALL the time and receive nothing in return.

You always hear::
➡️ "he's not wired like you", ➡️ "men don't know how to show their feelings"
➡️ "he has too much going on". Stop letting him get away with EXCUSES made by society or even himself.

IF HE WANTS YOU IN HIS LIFE HE WILL PROVE IT WITH HIS ACTIONS!! ACTIONS SHOW MORE THAN WORDS SPEAK!! REMEMBER BOYS PLAY GAMES!! #BETRUETOYOU

Ever loved someone so bad that besides how toxic the relationship was, you couldn't imagine a life without them!!
But now you ain't with them anymore and you are doing just fine. Well we all eventually out grow some toxic things/people in our lives and when we do, that's magic❤
