Hopefully this might inspire someone’s dinner 🍴 
This salad as massive as it looks is just 362 calories of goodness. 
It’s 80g of butterhead salad 🥗 
2 medium tomatoes 🍅 
1/2 of a medium avocado 🥑 
Juice of 1/2 a lemon 🍋 as dressing 
1 chicken leg chicken 🍗 
Sprinkled some Himalayan rock salt, habanero pepper, and a bit of garlic and herbs for extra flavour. 
The chicken leg was roasted without the skin and visible fat in a suya spice marinade. So delicious and easy to prep. Eat your way to great health fam.

Gestern wurde in den USA sogar der „Banana Day“ – der „Tag der Banane“ gefeiert. 🍌🍌🍌 Passend zu diesem Ereignis möchten wir dir heute eine neue kreative Idee vorstellen, wie du Bananen zubereiten kannst. Nämlich gemixt mit Avocado 🥑🥑🥑 REZEPT BANANEN-AVOCADOPUDDING

Dauer: 10 Minuten

ZUTATEN

1 kleine Banane
100g Frischkäse (cremig) oder fettarmer Joghurt
30 ml Milch
100 g Avocado
Etwas Zitronensaft

ZUBEREITUNG

1. Gib alles in einen Tischmixer und mixe es 30 bis 60 Sekunden zu einer glatten Masse.
2. Fülle den Pudding in zwei Serviergläser und lass ihn mindestens eine Stunde kühlen.

    🔝 Rice cakes con salmón y aioli de aguacate.  A quien no le gustan los Rice cakes, son deliciosos dulces o salados. 👌

Una idea perfecta y ligera para la cena, sobre todo para quienes llegamos cansados en la noche y no queremos algo pesado ni mucho menos pasar mucho tiempo en la cocina. 👩🏼‍🍳Les puse queso cottage bajo en grasa, espinacas, salmón enlatado en agua, tomate cherry y aioli de aguacate ⬆️Una opción más saludable del aioli tradicional. Lo pueden hacer poniendo en el mixer o en la licuadora un aguacate, una cucharadita de pasta de ajo o un diente de ajo grande triturado previamente. Perejil o cilantro, lo que prefieran. Sal y el jugo de medio limón. Lo pueden guardar en algun recipiente tapado por un par de días en el refri.

    A new cafe has opened up, and they have decent vegan options! 🥑🍅🍠 I had the baked sweet potato with houmous, salad and added avocado, and my friend had the falafel and houmous flatbread - yum! 😁 we also both had an oat flatwhite, which was very tasty ☕

    Chicken kale bowl 💥 
Bit of a go to of mine. Super healthy & delicious. Kale, avo, Apple cider vinegar, cherry toms🍅 topped with taco seasoned chicken 🤤 I usually make this with fajita seasoning but I didn’t have any! This is still just as good, I am one satisfied gal 😄

    Incredibly tasty, raw avocado chocolate tarts, they're soooooo chocolaty, creamy and rich that you would never guess they're made from avocado. bit.ly/AvoCTart

Raw vegan avocado chocolate tart, serves 4, total cook time 4hrs 20mins.
.
Vegan | Gluten-free | Soy-free | No refined sugar |  Raw .
INGREDIENTS:
Crust:
100g Medjool dates*
80g rolled oat**
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
.
Filling:
100g Medjool dates*
1 medium ripped avocado
Pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tbsp of peanut butter
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
.
Topping:
Berries
Roasted almond flakes
.
1. Place the crust ingredients into a food processor, blend until you get a fine meal.
2. Divided the crust mixture into four and place in the tart moulds. 
3. Press the crust mixture into the bottom and sides of the moulds. 
4. Put the tart crusts into the refrigerator and wash your food processor.
5. Place the filling ingredients into a food processor, blend until it is smooth and creamy. 
6. Pour the filling over the tart crust, push and flatten the surface with a spoon or scraper.
7. Decorate the tarts with mixed berries and almost flake.
8. Chill in refrigerator for 3-5 hours before serving.

• If your dates are too dry, soak them in hot water for 2 minutes to re-hydrate. The water level should be just enough to cover the dates. .
** If you are on paleo diet don't oat in the crust, you can replace it with the same amount of almonds, walnuts or pecans.
