    I need someone to make and eat breakfast with lol 
Breakfast this morning. Almonds. Three eggs(one yolk) with just black pepper. Boiled chicken breast I made last night with ginger, garlic etc. I usually microwave kimchi for a minute after washing off the sauce, it is less salty but tastes much better. 
Instant ramen noodle because I was too lazy to cook rice.

    A L M O N D  B U T T E R  V E G G I E  N O O D L E S⠀

I saw this recipe from @healthylittlevittles and I had to try it out! I didn't have any butternut squash noodles so I used sweet potato and zucchini and they worked great together!. ⠀
⠀
ingredients ⠀
- 10 oz Butternut Squash Noodles (or sweet potato)⠀
- 10 oz Zucchini Noodles⠀
- ¼ cup avocado oil⠀
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets, cut into smaller pieces⠀
- 2 cups Chopped Kale⠀
- 8 oz Brussels Sprouts, halved⠀
- Salt + Pepper, to taste⠀
- Sliced Almonds, for garnishing ⠀
Almond Butter Sauce -⠀
¾ cup Creamy Almond Butter⠀
- 2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup⠀
- ¼ cup Gluten-Free Soy Sauce⠀
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic⠀
- 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar⠀
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice⠀
- 2 tsp Sriracha Chili Sauce⠀
- ¼- ½ cup Water⠀
⠀
Instructions⠀
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place halved brussels sprouts + broccoli florets on a baking sheet, drizzle with 1-2 tbsp avocado oil, sprinkle with salt + pepper, roast for about 12-15 minutes, tossing once. While roasting, heat a large skillet over low heat. Add 2 tbsp avocado oil. Make almond butter sauce by blending all sauce ingredients until smooth. Add butternut squash and zucchini noodles to the skillet, toss in the avocado oil. Sprinkle with salt + pepper, simmer on low heat. Remove veggies from the oven, push them to one side and then add the kale. Drizzle with avocado oil, place back in the oven for 5 more minutes. Raise the heat on your skillet to medium, add the sauce to the skillet, toss your noodles to coat with the sauce. Remove veggies from the oven and add to the skillet with the noodles, toss to combine. Serve in bowls or on plates and garnish with almonds.⠀

    90's kid Tuna Noodle Casserole grade-school jam
Remember this dinner-table favorite?

Ingredients
8 oz.  A-Sha Wide Noodles
3 tbsp.  butter, divided
1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 pt.  cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp.  kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 c. whole milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 6-oz. can water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
1 c. white cheddar, grated
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan, divided
2 tbsp. Freshly Chopped Parsley
2 tbsp. freshly chopped dill
2 tbsp. freshly chopped chives
1/4 c.  bread crumbs

Directions

1.  Cook A-Sha Wide Noodles according to package directions. Drain.
2.  Preheat oven to 375°. In a large, oven-safe skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add onion, celery, and mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly softened, 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne.
3.  Sprinkle over the flour and cook until cooked through 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and whole milk and bring to a simmer. Let thicken for 2 to 3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
4.  Stir in lemon juice, tuna, cheddar, 1/4 cup Parmesan, and herbs and mix to combine.
5.  In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter. Mix with panko and remaining Parmesan and sprinkle over top of noodles. Bake until bubbly and golden, 17 to 19 minutes.

    Seoul has the best jajangmyeon! I was a frequent customer here back when I studied abroad, so now that I’m back here with John, I had to show him my favorite restaurant!⁣

You guys should give this place a try if you’re ever in Shinchon!

    Seoul has the best jajangmyeon! I was a frequent customer here back when I studied abroad, so now that I’m back here with John, I had to show him my favorite restaurant!⁣

    The food here is amazing and this huge jajangmyeon was barely $5! ⁣

    Rainy days in the city always make me crave noodle soups🍜 and this INSANELY flavorful beef noodle soup from @eighteightsix is DEFINITELY one of my favorite noodle soups to slurp my feelings💕

FIRST OF ALL. NOODLES🥢 Not super wide, but not super thin with just right amount of bounciness. These noodz were MEANT to be slurped😛

THEN BIG CHUNKS OF BEEF🍖 THEY ARE INCREDIBLY TENDER, and I couldn’t help myself but having my typical foodgasm moments🙈

LASTLY, THAT BROTH THO😭 So deep. So rich but not too rich that’s gonna make you feel heavy. I felt like this precious bowl of noodles was hugging me and comforting my soul🥰

If you still haven’t had Taiwanese beef noodle soup, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND EAT AND SLURP YOUR FEELINGS WITH THIS ASAP😘

Want purple kawaii noodles like this? They were pretty easy to make 🙌 All you need to do is boil some type of purple vegetable like cabbage or carrot even purple potato until you get purple water

Remove the veggies and boil your rice noodles in them 😜 Now you just gotta add cucumber, pickled onion, tofu, edamamae, and a sprinkle of magic ✨Hoppy Wednesday everybunny 🐇🐇🐇
