    the brilliant green/BLACK OUT
.
.
Tommy Heavenlyとかやってた時のサウンドが気に入ったのかも?
.
このアルバムはJ-POP好きの人向きではなく、完全にROCK好きの人向きだと思う...(ФωФ)

The Foxery - Unless: Their debut LP released in 2014 by Spartan Records pressed on gold/black split color w/black splatter. Another post for #30daysofspartan! This is a beautifully intense and atmospheric emo/alt rock record with a bit of post-rock flair, it gets pretty dang heavy at certain points as well. At times I'm reminded of both mewithoutYou and Manchester Orchestra but they definitely had their own thing goin' on too. Sadly they only put out this one album before calling it a day. I'd wanted a copy of this for years but it's been sold out for quite a while, got super lucky and found a brand new copy last week via deepdiscount.com and for only $7 to boot!

Kurt Cobain was arrested by Aberdeen Police Department in Washington on May 18, 1986.
Kurt was booked for trespassing after he was found on the roof of an abandoned building at 618 W. Market Street, Aberdeen Washington.  He was caught, according to the paper, after he “wandered onto the roof” of the building that now houses Juicy Tan and Westside Communications.
His fingerprint card says the date of arrest was May 18, 1986 but I guess he was formally booked on May 25, 1986 as the mugshot photo shows.  The 19-year-old Kurt, was hit with other charges that included "failure to pay, malicious mischief and minor possession."
This misdemeanor was not the first time Kurt had been arrested, as he was arrested in Aberdeen a year earlier on a vandalism count.  Kurt claimed he wrote "God is gay" on the side of a local Seafirst Bank Building (now Bank of America) in Aberdeen, Washington.  However, Aberdeen police records show that the phrase for which he was arrested was actually "Ain’t got no how watchamacallit".

Kurt: Throughout my entire life, I had never shot a gun before, growing up in Aberdeen, I had plenty of opportunities, but I was against… not really against the right to own a gun, I'm all for that, it’s a right that we all have.
Jim DeRogatis: But wouldn't America be a better place if we all didn't have guns?
Kurt: It's true, but you'd never get rid of them. I don't know, I just decided to buy a gun one day. Actually, a friend of mine gave us one for a wedding present, and I never used it. And finally I went to the range and started shooting one day and kind of realized that this is like a challenging thing - a nice pastime - to try and hit this target. And I came to the realization that you really have to be prepared to shoot a gun if you're going to defend yourself, because it's a really hard thing to hit a target. It's amazing how precise you have to be. Like if there was a person right there in the corner, I'd probably still, because I've only had the experience of shooting like 20 times since I've owned guns since last year, I'd have to shoot off four or five rounds to actually hit the person. And that's a really dangerous situation. I want to be able to be precise and shoot their kneecaps or something. Shoot exactly where I want to, so I don't actually have to kill somebody.
Jim DeRogatis: Do you worry that you need to protect yourself in a John Lennon way?
Kurt: Not in that way, no, It's just kind of a vulnerable area. We've got big windows, and I have a baby and a wife to protect. Things like that happen. People come into your house, not to steal your stereo, but to rape your wife and sodomize your baby. I just could not survive something like that. There's no way I could ever live with myself without trying to get revenge on that person and putting him out of his misery. I wouldn't think twice about blowing somebody away if they came into this house.

"I had a shitty life till I was about 17. I sat in my room for 90 percent of the time. I'd go home after school, play my guitar and listen to music. The States seemed so big to me that I thought I'd never leave the region. At a younger age, everything seemed so simple and easy, I thought I could be President. By the age of nine, I pretty much gave up any idea of ever even surviving the age of 21 because I felt so completely alienated. I probably alienated myself more than the other way round. I was always trying find someone who liked art or music, but it was always sport." - Kurt Cobain
