    I know I over use my starting picture but I just can’t believe i ever let myself get like that (plus I was to insecure to take pictures of my body) but this is less than a year difference, 47 lbs down and 8 lbs away from my weight goal‼️I am so happy with not only my physical health but equally important my mental health. I’ve struggled with my body imagine nearly my entire life & for the first ever I feel good. All it takes is believing you CAN and refusing to stop when the going gets tough 190lbs-143lbs.
