    Mums ofisā patīk pusdienas gatavot pašām “uz vietas”. Tas mums ļauj radīt mājīgu atmosfēru ik dienas ☺️🍴 Bet, pats labākais ieguvums-  vienmēr varam būt pārliecinātas, ka pagatavotais ēdiens būs svaigs un uzturvielām bagāts!

    Overnight Oats 🍓

If you have trouble squeezing in breakfast before work, try this super simple overnight oats recipe. Make it the night before or make a few jars at the start of the week. You can press snooze all you want because breakfast is already made! 🤗Recipe is 1/2 can coconut milk, 1/2 cup oats and a tsp of organic pure maple syrup. Combine all the ingredients in the jar, shake it up and let it sit overnight. Top with your favorite fruit and enjoy!

    🍫Chocolate covered raspberry oats🍫
Why is there no raspberry emoji? Anyway, I’m always trying to find ways to switch up my oats and this combo really hit the spot🤤 I used freeze dried raspberries and put them in my usual overnight oat recipe!

Chocolate raspberry oatmeal dEATails-
Base- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, 1tbsp chia seeds, 1 scoop Nuzest vanilla protein, 1/3 cup riced cauliflower and 1/4 cup Trader Joe’s freeze dried raspberries.
Mixed all that in a mason jar and let it sit in the fridge overnight. This morning I heated it up in a pot on the stove with a splash of almond milk. Then topped it off with all the goods of course😉
Toppings-
Vanilla Siggis yogurt, Food For Life Flax cereal, Purely Elizabeth Chocolate probiotic granola, Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips.

    happy HUMP DAY y’all!! I’ve been so busy with my internship/work the past week that I haven’t been able to post the yummmmy meals I’ve been having so here I am sharing a cheeseburger with you at 9:30am 😉

If you’re like me and have been running around like a crazy person the last week with father’s day, graduation parties, birthday parties, balancing work, a social life all while trying to save money or eat healthier by staying away from fast food then you’re looking for a meal that’s gonna be super simple but obviously tasty! That’s where this plate comes in! (I know cheeseburgers aren’t the healthiest meal ever BUT everything is healthy in moderation 😎)

It’s so simple and easy all you have to do is toss the burgers on the grill,  sit back and let them cook (about 5-8 minutes depending on the thickness), flip them, let them cook a little bit more (depending on how you like your burgers cooked), and in the last 1-2 minutes add a slice of cheese. I like my buns toasty so I toss them on the grill in the last 1-2 minutes as well. The last step is putting together a side, I usually like to pair it with a side of fruit and veggies but I wasn’t extremely hungry so I just went with red berries. BOOM you’ve got a fast, simple, some what healthy, tasty meal! .

Here’s what’s on my plate: a juicy cheeseburger on a whole wheat bun topped with pickles, @hellmannsmayonnaise light mayo, and @ghughessugarfree ketchup with a side of red berries!
