    Just monkeying around 🐒 Working out whilst on holiday can be so difficult 😬The new environment can be a challenge but mainly lack of motivation is what is going to halt your workouts😴 
Now this isn’t a caption about how to break through that lack of motivation, oh no. This is a caption to tell you that mid workout yesterday, I stopped what I was doing, put my weights away, left the gym and went to the fast food restaurant across the road 🙈🙈It’s not my finest moment I admit but those curly fries were so worth it 😂 
When I set out for my holiday I set myself the goal of going to the gym three times a week and so far I’ve done that, if not more ✅ I’m happy with my progress and I’m enjoying my holiday. With less than two weeks left I am starting to miss a routine and actually looking forward to being back in one. But for now I’m going to relax, listen to the ocean waves and let the sun turn me into a tomato 🍅😂 Have a wonderful day everyone ☀️

    It’s okay to have negative thoughts. Not everyday is going to be a rock solid day. That’s normal. That’s HEALTHY, as long as you don’t let it overwhelm you.

The secret to those days? Fight back. If you need a physical, or emotional, or mental time out, take one and be okay with that. 
And then tomorrow, reset, readjust  and replace that negativity with compassion and drive.

Have you ever been in a situation where you are trying to lose weight and you are being really consistent with your nutrition but you jump on the scales and see that number has gone up?

Body weight is never going to decrease in a linear fashion, it’s always going to fluctuate up and down.
.
Here are a few reasons why it might have gone up....
- Defecation and urination
- Glycogen storages
- Blood volume
- The time of day you weigh yourself
- The time of day you eat your food
.
If you want to track your progress via body weight, weigh yourself on a daily basis but work out the weekly average and compare that week to week.

Have a variety of different ways to track your progress! This may include bodyweight, circumference measurements, skin fold measurements, photos and just how you feel!

This portion of my lift felt sooooo fluid 🙌🏼😩! I am feeling a little bit more sore than usual right now 🥵🙌🏼 but I’m not complaining 😉🍑. Have fun! 💪🏻👇🏼

▪️Good mornings on Hack Squat
Yep 👍🏻 hamstrings on fiyah! 🔥 This stretching/lengthening of the hamstrings is phenomenal 🥵. I am staying in the lengthening phase for a couple seconds before raising up (not all the way) and then immediately lowering back into the stretch. Try tilting your tailbone up towards the ceiling for an even greater ham stretch. My glutes also kick in a little as well 🤫😬
▪️Plate Holding Sissy Squats
I am holding a plate to work my quads (glutes as well). If you are uncomfortable you can also place a mat across the top of your feet and under the foot pad for more cushion.
▪️Adductor Machine
Try doing this while lifting your pelvic floor (kegel🤭). I begin sitting upright and then lean back onto the back rest.
▪️Hamstring Curl Machine
I perform this by curling both feet together and then alternating legs when lengthening the hamstring. Do this slowly and mindfully! Finish with curling both legs together.

Nhớ like videoo và cmt 💕 nếu chắc chắn sẽ thử, cmt 💖 nếu tập đc hết bài và cmt 💔 nếu thấy nó hơi khó nhé🥺
