    Not too bad considering the last couple of weeks I’ve been running on no sleep and completely abandoned my prep 2 weeks ago lol ... so many things happening at once. For the last 5 weeks Ive changed my diet, been working hard and staying focused !!! 💪🏽💪🏽 Im down 9lbs - but it’s not ONLY about the weight - It’s about FINISHING and above all else being healthier! My acid reflux has stopped, the waistband on my pants (dress and other) stopped hurting, Im not out of breath after a flight+ of stairs and my endurance is growing!! Shoot I am doing a few PUSHUPS!! I have NEVER BEEN able to do PUSHUPS!! 🤸🏽‍♀️🗣💪🏽👏🏽🤸🏽‍♀️ When You Do Better You begin to SEE but when You CONTINUE you FEEL even better! #resultsville #grindtimefitness  #StayingFocused #Mealprep thanks to @robwhite13  @mr.grindtimefitness I have HAVE Every intention of Graduating in July AND keeping strong.. Some days are more of a struggle but I’m worth IT

    HAPPY 39th BIRTHDAY TO ME...It’s been a rough 2 yrs. At 37 I watched a best friend pass away-at the same time going through a separation from my wife.  38,I made time to focus on me and build a closer relationship with God.  Plenty of depressing nights-but I chose Health & Fitness to get me through,proud to be the healthier version of the old Dre💪🏾 I thought I was a  #DopeHusband but it is what is. Now at 39 I have a clear mind going through this divorce process. We will always be best friends no matter what, I’m grateful for that. 1. Dumb Bell Rows - I do 4 sets and increase the weight each set.. My first set I am for 12, then 10..8..6 as the weight increases
2. Straight Bar Pulldowns + Plate Rows [[superset]]
3. Chin-Ups 3 sets to failure
4. Seated Rows
5. Isolated Bar Bell Curls - Isolate the movement, keep your arms pressed to the bench & the movement in your forearms .. anchor your elbows 
6. Hammer Curls
