    HAPPY 39th BIRTHDAY TO ME...It’s been a rough 2 yrs. At 37 I watched a best friend pass away-at the same time going through a separation from my wife.  38,I made time to focus on me and build a closer relationship with God.  Plenty of depressing nights-but I chose Health & Fitness to get me through,proud to be the healthier version of the old Dre💪🏾 I thought I was a  #DopeHusband but it is what is. Now at 39 I have a clear mind going through this divorce process. We will always be best friends no matter what, I’m grateful for that.     What is your purpose? 🤷🏾‍♂️What are you doing to push your purpose today?🤷🏾‍♂️ Did you write it down? Or do you rely on your memory for your life’s success? You have to not only WANT to be better, but you have to put those things into action! It’s not enough just to “pray without ceasing”🤷🏾‍♂️ “faith without WORKS is DEAAAAAADD”.. “write it down, make it plain”. Push to get better everyday, Pray about your plan of attack and be prepared for when God tells you to move, and be perfecting what you can during the process💯 So when it’s your time.. you’re not shuffling around.. “TRYING” to figure it out 🤦🏾‍♂️Because you wrote it down prior , and now if something comes up that you didn’t plan for, you can adjust based off of your original vision! 👌🏾💪🏾

People look at successful entrepreneurs and automatically think sh** sweet.|
•
But, if you’re an entrepreneur... you know better.|
•
I take my hat anyone that had vision, and not only saw it through... but, actually had Real success.|

    When you decide to change you’ll change. Whitney is down almost 25 pounds of fat. She had an foot injury in the past that slowed her steps but they didn’t stop her from coming and putting in work. We started her off with what was comfortable for her. She now runs and performs with much more range of motion and flexibility. The only think that separates these two pictures is a mindset. She doesn’t have to hide her stomach in her clothes anymore. She doesn’t have to wear a million things to mask her waistline either. The only thing holding YOU up from doing the same thing is the excuse you keep using to justify your comfort zone. Whitney shows us all that it’s not how you start, it’s how you finish. Thank you @virgoatherbest for your dedication! I told y’all the new number for fat loss in Detroit is 313-205-3107.
