    Felt amazing getting back on my bike today. I will be honest biking at 2pm during the hottest hours of the day was not smart but I managed to pull off 8.9 miles accompanied by my sister who is training for a triathlon. I patronize when it's something I need...and FITNESS is a lifestyle for me. We all go up and down, but we must keep at it! @mr.grindtimefitness is the real deal...those 1,000 squats....ooooo chile (okay 300, it was my 1st day OKAY???) LOL

This have been a GREAT week for me! I joined @mr.grindtimefitness  gym. I haven't been exercising regularly in years. My therapist knows this is a breakthrough. Mentally I wasn't prepared but I'm determined. I'm fighting me. I love staying in the house. It doesn't help I work from home the majority of the time. However, going to this gym was a BLESSING. I appreciate them not treating me like a stranger. I love the fact I can bond with my neighbor because we're encouraging one another. It's hard for me to just say hello to people and they make it easier. I already know I'm going to meet my goal. My pics will be of me out the house instead of ALWAYS being home on my couch. My couch is my comforter but God sent us one and my couch not it! Here's to LIFE 🥰

1. Dumb Bell Rows - I do 4 sets and increase the weight each set.. My first set I am for 12, then 10..8..6 as the weight increases
2. Straight Bar Pulldowns + Plate Rows [[superset]]
3. Chin-Ups 3 sets to failure
4. Seated Rows
5. Isolated Bar Bell Curls - Isolate the movement, keep your arms pressed to the bench & the movement in your forearms .. anchor your elbows 
6. Hammer Curls
7. Close Grip Plate Curls

👉At this moment I’m still struggling with my injuries (Shoulder & knee). It has improved a lot but I’m still not able to go back to my normal routine.  So if your are banged up or dealing with an injury please read on.⁣⁣

✖️Resist the urge to bite off too much at once in an attempt to rush your rehab. Doing this will almost always result in a longer recovery.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✖️Instead, accept your limitations and continue to work around them! I know this is really difficult especially if your strive for progression each week like me.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✖️Find exercises you can do and train with them rather than forcing yourself to do the ones you wish you are able to do.⁣⁣
I know the temptation is high , but believe me you will only make it worse.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✖️If you make this adjustment ; you will not only be able to continue to train but you will also get back to the things you could do before more quickly. ⁣⁣

    HAPPY 39th BIRTHDAY TO ME...It’s been a rough 2 yrs. At 37 I watched a best friend pass away-at the same time going through a separation from my wife.  38,I made time to focus on me and build a closer relationship with God.  Plenty of depressing nights-but I chose Health & Fitness to get me through,proud to be the healthier version of the old Dre💪🏾 I thought I was a  #DopeHusband but it is what is. Now at 39 I have a clear mind going through this divorce process. We will always be best friends no matter what, I’m grateful for that. Moving forward leaving the past in the past. 39 Definitely looking forward to everything life has to offer me!!! #peace #Love #Happiness 👊🏾💯 60lbs total thanks to #GrindtimeFitness for helping get the hard last 20lbs off.....Still more goals to hit By April 30th Graduation!!!!💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎂🎈🎉 TO ME!!!!!
