    How I’m trying to stay on track with my workouts during the holidays 🦃🎄
    .
    First of all, if anyone says they don’t struggle staying on track with their workouts during the holidays, they are lying 🤥🤣 let’s be real. The weather is changing, it’s getting darker earlier, and sweatpants, the couch, and a good movie are sounding much more appealing 🙈😋
    .
    Over the years, I’ve collected a few tips and tricks that I stick with during this season. I thought I’d share and hopefully you can use some of them as well ❤️

    1️⃣ SCHEDULE YOUR WORKOUTS 📆
    With this time of the year, holiday parties, get togethers, and traveling are common. Get a calendar and organize your social events & travel dates and pre-plan your workouts for the entire week. Decide what day and even what time you’ll make them happen 💪🏽 this way you are organized ahead of time and have make your workouts a commitment.

    2️⃣ MAKE YOUR WORKOUTS CONVENIENT 🏠
    When it’s dark and cold outside, and our life is super hectic, it can be hard to get out of the house and to the gym. Instead, invest in some dumbbells and a yoga mat and get in a kick ass workout at home! I’ve been adding in more home workouts these days abs I love how convenient they are!! You can absolutely make great progress not even leaving your house 🏠.

    3️⃣ PACK YOUR GYM BAG THE NIGHT BEFORE 👟
    I find the less I have to think about my workouts/getting ready- the easier it makes it! I know this might sound silly, but I pick my gym outfit the night before , I make all of my shakes and refrigerate them, and get everything organized the night before. Especially if you are out for school or work, it’s key to prepare the night before so you have the least amount of work the next day. I even have some clients that sleep in their gym clothes 🤣 so they can roll out of bed and head to the gym first thing. Such a smart gym hack!

    Week 1 of the #BBcomChallengeSeries is done! My current weight as of 01/20/19 is 187.6 lbs.

    I'm currently doing CICO while being mindful of my macros as well. So far, it seems to all be working out.

    I'm so excited to see my end results when the challenge ends. Bring it!

    No son nuestras victorias las que definen nuestras virtudes, son las veces que perdemos y apreciamos lo aprendido.

    Lo he dicho mil veces amo ser subestimado es una bendición, amo perder... mi mentalidad es así, ya que es la única forma a la larga que ganar 🙌

    I'll be #37weekspregnant on Thursday and I couldn't be more proud. There's a lot I dont love about my body these days, but I do love that it has successfully been a home for baby Cain 🤰 Full term is a huge accomplishment, especially since his dad was premature. Counting down the days till we get to meet our little guy and I can start doing loaded hip thrusts again 🤗 .

    I'm wearing the most comfortable bra in the world from @motherhoodmaternity !! Underwire free, comes in a low and high cut (I got the high), nursing friendly, sizes for everyone, AND a huge selection of colors. Joggers are from @urbanplanet (they're more like leggings on me)
