    A few punching bag drills for building explosive punching power. Very basic drills but very effective 🧨 Add these to the end of a traditional heavy workout. Do each for 1-minute and repeat 4X

Slide 1 - Lead Hook: Throw a [Cross past the bag], shifting your weight to your lead leg. Then punch through the bag with maximum force. Do this continuously this for 1 minute. Make sure to transfer your weight through your core and onto your rear leg and make sure the punch lands with your forearm parallel and your elbow behind your fist. Make sure your rear hand comes back to protect your face.

Slide 2 - Rear Hook: Throw a [Jab + Cross] very lightly and then Roll under shifting the weight from your lead leg to your rear leg. Then punch through the bag with maximum force. Do this continuously for 1-minute.

Slide 3 - Cross + Lead Hook: Throw a [Cross + Lead Hook] at maximum force and then [Roll 2X] shifting your weight to the lead leg on the first roll and then back onto the rear leg on the second roll so that you are loaded up for the next. Do this continuously for 1 minute.

🥊 Tip: You should aim to do 1 minute each with zero rest in between. For beginners, feel free to start with 30-second intervals and/or to take 30-second rests in between sets.
