Easy paleo PB&J style waffles! Made my easy 2 ingredient blackberry jam (you can use any type of berries you want!) + 3 little mini waffles versus one big one 👌🏻 Makes it feel like you’re eating more that way 😉 I made a single serving of it but you could easily double or triple it to feed more + have leftovers!——————————————————————————— #paleowaffles recipe (I also posted it on my website so you can go back and reference it there!) 👉🏻 (makes 3 mini waffles or 1 big one): 2 eggs + 2 tbsp coconut flour + 1 tbsp almond butter + 1/2 tbsp cinnamon + 1/4 tsp baking powder + 1 tsp coconut sugar + 1 tsp vanilla. Topped with homemade blackberry jam (1 cup blackberries warmed over medium heat for 5 mins, mashed then added 2 tbsp chia seeds and cooked another 5. Recipe on website as well) + melted almond butter + a few bananas 😋

    Happy Transformation Tuesday everybody! Ughh my prime 🙈👏🏼👌 I’ll get there y’all just watch! I didn’t have the slightest clue of what I was doing...I JUST DID IT 🙈and damn I worked hard it. This was a pivotal moment for last year when I really started investing more time in the gym, watching divets and muscles form as my body really began to take shape. Just focusing on me! Knowing what I’m eating and how much of it is so important so that I can ensure I stay in a deficit, I’ve been weighing it ALL😬is it tedious ...meh sort of , is it worth it ...YES! I was still ensuring I’m getting what I need for the best work out and being able to enjoy the foods I love👏🏼👏🏼It’s been important for me to transition back to macros and away from keto for the sense that I want to build more muscle, so far it’s going well,  what have you found works best for you? Daily goals? Calorie counting? Journaling? Everyone has there thing , find what works for you, and don’t ever feel you need to spend money to get to where you want to be, you don’t! You don’t need to invest in a gym, or fancy plan...just invest in yourself for once, treat your body better...feed it better...FEEL BETTER 👏🏼👏🏼. At the end of the day if you want it , I PROMISE you can get there...but you have to take the steps necessary no matter how small and you have to embrace the journey, you’ll be so thankful you did👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 So get up..go walk the extra mile..take the dog with you!     Barbell only leg workout 🔥

Happy Monday!! Hope everyone is having a good week so far 🤗 These are by far some of my favorite barbell exercises 👌🏼you can easily do them with dumbbells or alone 🤷🏽‍♀️

Routine:
1️⃣Curtsey lunges- I did 16 total (8 on each leg); 4 sets
2️⃣Double pause squats- 10x4 
3️⃣Kneeling hip thrusts- 10x4
4️⃣Glute bridges- 12x4

Don’t forget to save this and add some of these exercises for your next leg day 💛

Throwback to this SALMON KALE TAHINI-CAESAR SALAD!

Deets: @salmonandsable wild Salmon seared in Coconut oil and seasoned with @primalpalate breakfast blend seasoning. Chickpeas tossed in olive oil, almond flour, salt and chili powder and baked on 400 for about 15 minutes. Avocado, roasted tomatoes olives...and Kale steamed and chopped and tossed in this dressing. Dressing: 1/3 cup @artisanaorganics raw tahini (also works with cashew butter), 1/3 cup warm water, 1 tablespoon hemp seeds, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon @kitehillfoods almond milk yogurt, 1 teaspoon @sirkensingtons mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 3 cloves garlic. Blend until smooth and add more water if needed. •
