    Huhh ez az idézet mennyire igaz.👍Hányszor fogadjuk meg,hogy holnaptól egészségesebben étkezünk és sportolunk.(én is voltam igy🙈)Vagy majd hétfőtől,de sokszor az a hétfő sose jön el.🙈Unalmas lehet,mert a csapból is ez folyik.Pedig ez az alapja mindennek.A kinézetünknek az egészségünknek.Tán nem is olyan bonyolult,de van,hogy nehéz erőt meríteni.Visszafognak a hétköznapok,vagy az ismerősök megjegyzései.Jól van az úgy.De nincs jól.Túlbonyolitjuk és szenvedésnek érezzük.Nem ehetjük a megszokott ízeket.🥐🍔🍟🍦Azt kéne valahol megérteni,hogy nemcsak az számít,hogy finomakat együnk(én is szeretek😁)hanem,hogy ebből építkezik a szervezetünk.Minden megszokott finomságot el lehet késziteni egészségesen,csak egy kis fantázia kell hozzá.
A kezdéshez pedig remek társ lehet ez a program.Már a 6.napnál járok és előre sajnálom,hogy vége.Sokat segít,sokkal több erőm van.A héten a mai volt az 5.edzésem.Eddig a 3 is nyögvenyelősen ment.🤷‍♀️Az Aloe-t biztos fogom továbbra is inni ezért.😊Ma azt is észrevettem,hogy könnyebb kordában tartanom az éhségemet.Ritkábban vagyok éhes.Biztos,hogy az étrendkiegészítőknek köszönhetem ezt.
Kár,hogy eddig féltem kipróbálni.😊
Az első nap úgy gondoltam,oke egyszer megcsinálom és kész.Viszont mostmár tudom nem ez lesz az utolsó programom.😁

• 1 elote • 1/2 aguacate picado •1 jitomate pequeño picado • 1/4 de cebolla morada o blanca picada finamente •1 ramito de cilantro picado finamente • Limòn  sal y pimienta.

Asamos el elote por 20minutos aprox. por ambos lados, ya que esté listo se desgrana y mezcla con los demás ingredientes. 
Sazona con sal, pimienta y limòn. .
Acompaña con la proteína de tu preferencia (pescado 🐟, pollo 🍗 o carne 🥩) y listo!🤭😉

This is something that is so sought after by society today, yet it is probably the most time and energy wasting thing ever. We all strive to be the best, to be successful, to be accepted just so we can be liked by everyone else
.
We spend so much of our time doing something in hopes of the approval of someone else
.
In our jobs
.
In our friendships
.
In our personal lives
.
But at the end of the day, do those people really care if you are successful and rich and the smartest person in the world?
.
People not. Because if they are someone who matters, they will love you regardless of who you are or what you do
.
We understand this yet we still struggle with wanting to feel liked and validated by everyone else
.
I find myself falling into this hole all the time. I try so so hard to not care about anyone elses opinion but sometimes I just can't help it
.
The worst times usually happen when you see someone else receiving that validation and it just makes you feel even more like shit
.
But you know what?
.
Who fucking cares that the other person is getting some love and recognition
.
The only opinion that matters is your own, and maybe your partner and immediate family. Everyone else is just outside noise
.
If you love yourself the way you are and are happy with the choices you've made, who care about what anyone else thinks?
.
On that note, I just want to shout out the girls on my team for being the best damn soul sisters anyone can ask for. You make me feel special and loved and IMPORTANT every freaken day. And I don't need your damn validation because I KNOW you love me no matter what

    Heads up! Starting this week and for the rest of the summer, our kids class (ages 4 to 6) at noon on Sundays is CANCELED and the ages 7-11 class is canceled this weekend and the next. 👉 Both kids classes will be back on the fall schedule in September and in the meantime, we’d like to remind you that our Yoga by the River classes are totally family-friendly! Come play outside with the whole gang: 6 pm on Tuesdays at Paddle Mac and Thursdays at Alexandre-Bourgeau Park. 🌳🌊💚

So here’s my trick.... make it fancy!! Use a wine glass, a pretty water bottle, or fun coffee cup  You’ll find it easier to drink!!!

Hiper fáciles de preparar, son apto celíacos y todas aquellas personas que no pueden consumir tacc. .
#RECETA : .
INGREDIENTES: .
✔Harina de arroz integral: 200g. .
✔Cacao amargo sintacc: 60g. .
✔Polvo de hornear: 1 cda sopera. .
✔Esencia de vainilla: chorrito. .
✔Huevos: 2 unidades. .
✔Aceite: 2 cdas soperas. .
✔Agua: cant. suf. .
PREPARACIÓN: .
⚟Batimos los huevos con el aceite y la esencia de vainilla . .
⚟Agregamos el cacao, y luego la harina y el polvo de hornear (previamente mezclado y tamizado). .
⚟Unimos todo mezclando muy muy bien hasta formar una mezcla tipo bizcochuelo. .
⚟Ponemos en pirotines de .muffins y horneamos por 30 min aprox a 180º. .

    Инсулинорезистентность - состояние, когда ткани, которые зависят от инсулина (гормона поджелудочной), перестают на него реагировать, и со временем уровень глюкозы в крови повышается.

Я уже много писала об этом, и что с этим делать (еще больше лайфхаков даю в «Школе здоровья»), но сейчас хочу остановиться, на том, что усугубляет эту проблему. 
Все пациенты уходят от меня со списком БАДов не просто так. -
Нечувствительность к инсулину развивается от дефицитов! Да, вы не ослышались, именно дефицитов микронутриентов, поэтому я для них выделяю весь день на 1-м уровне. -
Как это происходит?

Вы не следите за разнообразием рациона, едите как попало, тренируетесь очень!много в зале и не покрываете потребность вашу в нутриентах за счет еды. Развивается, к примеру, дефицит хрома, цинка, магния, тиамина, меди, селена и витамина Д
Дефицит хрома ведет к нарушению активации инсулинового рецептора фосфатазы
Дефицит цинка приводит к проблеме синтеза и секреции инсулина
Дефицит тиамина усиливает секрецию глюкагона 
Дефицит меди,селена и мангана - снижения антиоксиданта СОД
Дефицит витамина Д вынесу в отдельный пост, но там тоже много нюансов. -
Все это приводит к нарушению усвоения глюкозы и инсулина. Как следствие - преддиабет, набор веса, усталость, дефицит энергии и куча других симптомов и жалоб. -
Ваша тарелка - это ваше здоровье, не пренебрегайте этим! -
