    15-minute honey garlic chicken with an addictively delicious sauce.

INGREDIENTS
* 2 teaspoons olive oil (or canola oil)
* 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes (about 1/2 inch)
* Salt and black pepper
* 3 tablespoons honey
* 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, adjust for heat)
* For serving (optional): brown rice, sliced green onions, sesame seeds, lime wedges to squeeze over chicken
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Lightly season the cubed chicken with salt and pepper. (Go easy because the soy sauce has plenty of sodium.)
3. Add the chicken to the skillet and brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, make the glaze. Whisk the honey, soy sauce, garlic and red pepper flakes, if using, in a small bowl until well combined.
5. Add the sauce to the pan and toss to coat the chicken pieces. Cook until chicken is cooked through, 4-5 more minutes.
6. Serve with steamed rice and top with green onions, sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime juice, if desired.
NOTES

Be careful not to overcook the chicken. The pieces are small so they cook fast, which is kinda the point with this dinner. But you don’t want them to go too far and be overdone. On the other hand, that sauce is seriously so good, it’ll disguise your chicken if it gets a little overdone.
You could substitute boneless, skinless chicken thighs in place of the chicken breasts if you prefer, but the cooking time will be longer.
To make a complete meal, just add some steamed rice and a veggie.

I přesto, že se někdy, no často 😁kočkujeme, máme se rádi💗,ruku na srdce, kde se sourozenci nekočkují, že? 😂 I tyhle blbosti a občas i nadávky dokazují, že se máte rádi a, že jste praví sourozenci 😘✊🏻. I přesto, že by sme někdy nejradši zabili, vím, že bych bez něho nebyla šťastná ❤️. Dneska mi řekl,že se mi zase věkem blíží 😂, no v prosinci mu zase uteču 😂😍.Není to jen můj brácha, ale taky kamarád a hokejový fanda stejně tak jako já😂🏒😍.

What should you eat before a workout? Well that depends on your goal, when you train and how organized you are. If you’re doing intermittent fasting, then you might just have some water and coffee and go lift. Your performance might not be fantastic but the caloric deficit is the key to the weight loss. Just make sure you eat afterwards

If you’re not fasting, and you’re able to eat 2-3 hours before the workout, you can get in some protein, complex carbs and fats. This can be a fairly large meal as you’ll have time to digest it
.
If you’re eating 1-2 hours before then the meal should be a bit simpler. Not much fat, simpler carbs and some protein
.
If you’re eating right before your workout then the meal has to be very simple. Quickly digestible carbs, protein and no fat
.
Please keep in mind that you are NOT eating at all 3 of these times - you can have a larger meal early and a quick snack before but not all 3 of these (unless you’re really trying to add weight)💪🏼

Other add ons for pre-workout intake can and should include water, caffeine and creatine with the water being 100% necessary and the other 2 optional (although they will help your performance )👍🏼

    I've always been super self conscious about my legs but with the new work I've put in this year, not so much. There's actually a muscle or two in there, who knew?? I post this because I wanted to roll over and go back to sleep this morning, but sometimes seeing that what you are doing is working is enough to motivate immediately. I still have a ton of work to do, so off to get my sweat on! I will do so with a smile on my face, because I beat the Enemy Mind this morning!
