چون یه کسب چیزایی مثل  قدرت،شهرت،ثروت وجایگاه اجتماعی باعث میشه نگاه بلندمدت به مسایل پیرامونمون و اینکه داریم چه بلایی سرخودمون میاریم نمیکنه

    This week has been tough for me! By that, I mean waking up in the morning because I have either not been able to fall asleep or stay asleep at night for some reason. The last thing I’ve wanted to do every morning is get up and workout but I’ve gotten it done every day this week minus my rest day! My point is that even though life gets in the way of things sometimes and doesn’t always go the way you want it to, you should still try and make yourself do what your mind and body committed to! Get active and don’t give up! Take the extra time for your body to move around more than you normally would!! 🏃‍♀️

Move on from what’s bogging you down, and instead focus on the good in your life.💚

I’d be lying if I said the past few days weren’t tricky for me.😕 My body felt sluggish and tired at the gym🐌; my allergies made me miserable🤧; and I couldn’t seem to get motivated😓.
But I knew dwelling on everything going wrong wasn’t going to fix things.💡Even if it was tough, I did my best to think of the things that were going right!🤗
My overall strength was better than it was 3 months ago💪🏼; not being able to breathe well out of my nose made me more aware of timing my inhales and exhales with my lifts🏆; and finding the determination to keep showing up at the gym for my workouts despite everything always made me feel better.😊
When I focused on the good stuff, so many amazing things happened!✨ I was able to push through my own mental barriers and make myself better as a result!🏅In my opinion, taking the time to push past the bad and really think about everything going right was a huge personal victory!🤗
This week, don’t think about the negatives and instead let positivity show you how far you’ve come and inspire you to be better!🌸

    The stress level is the same if you’re playing for something small as it is when you’re going for something big!

If you want more success get bigger problems! Stop worrying over the small things and start applying yourself to big goals! Sometimes I catch myself stressing and fighting over crumbs in the grand scheme of what we can accomplish and I say to myself NO, fight for more that you know is possible!

Set timelines, apply laser focus and give it your 100% in absolutely everything you do!
.
I hope to be the example by applying myself 100% to my goals and not letting my actions be run by my fear, distractions and hesitations! 
I will do a handstand 100% applied
I will move to San Diego 100% applied
I will be your coach 100% applied
I will engage supporters 100% applied
I will find many mentors 100% applied
These are the ones I’ll show you but everyone has goals and to all of them you will laser focus in and lose the excuses which limit the things you’re capable of!
